This property is really convenient, everything are close by, even Tsutenkaku tower in walking distance, the other good thing is they even prepare a washing machine inside the room. I’ll come back for sure!

The hotel room is moderately sized, with a washing machine for daily laundry. The bathroom is larger than those in other hotels, but the location is average, requiring a 10-minute walk to the nearest subway station. The closest convenience store is also a bit of a walk away.

Great stay with a perfect location! It’s literally a 5-minute walk to Tsutenkaku and only about 10 minutes from the subway. The room was clean and surprisingly spacious, equipped with everything we needed: a large comfortable bed, a fridge, and a small kitchenette with dishes. We were assigned a room on a smoking floor, so there was a noticeable smell in the hallway and on the stairs, but luckily, the room itself was fresh and had no odor at all. The self check-in was a bit tricky for us, but the staff was very helpful and quickly assisted us in figure it out. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay!

Nice hotel but situated on a very busy road next to the highway, so could get a bit noisy with the passing traffic. At first we felt that we were in the middle of nowhere as there are lots of auto workshops nearby. We realised that there was a few convenience stores about a five minute walk and the subway station was about an eight minute walk. The local markets and shops were also an eight minute walk. We also realised that we were very near to the zoo and the Osaka tower, both being about a five minute walk. The room was spacious and fad a washing machine. There was also a microwave and electric hot plate available. As we got used to the surroundings we were very pleased with our stay at the hotel. Definitely recommend

Stayed for 4 nights. Spacious room in terms of the room size in Japan. Amenities inside the room are amazing, it has washer, drying rack, hair dryer, sink, electric stove, kettle, etc, in the room. It also has a balcony. One side note, there is no daily house keeping. Wish we could have stayed longer.

入住了3晚，地點嚟通天塔非常近，地點距離惠美須町車站約7分鐘，近日本橋買嘢的地方，如果有租借單車的服務會更加好，因為每個景點都大約15分鐘到路程，如果走路的話，走兩天已經好攰，唯一缺點的地方，就是沒有人執房，連住四晚，的確有點骯髒！
