El hotel está situado a 10 minutos de Nihonbashi. El lavabo del baño de la habitación gotea. Si no cierras el agua fría habrá fugas. El armario para colgar la ropa en la habitación está en la cabecera de la cama. Solo puedes colgar las manos. La cerradura de la puerta es difícil de abrir. Para abrirlo, tienes que girarlo lentamente hacia la izquierda y hacia la derecha. El hotel está cerca de Dotonbori, solo camine 3 minutos hacia la derecha. El vestíbulo solo guarda 2 piezas de equipaje y cobra 2200 yenes por 3 piezas (tenía una bolsa muy pequeña colgada y quería volver a buscarla después de la cena, pero el hotel dijo que la bolsa pequeña también se consideraba equipaje y tuve que llevármela yo mismo). No hay baño en el vestíbulo del hotel. Tienes que limpiarlo antes de poder salir.

Un hotel bueno y económico, a la vuelta de la esquina, a 100 metros, está la famosa calle Dotombori. Todo estuvo bien.

Quite surprised towel is not free. ExchNge one time is 330 yen. Little money just feel why not put in the room price in the first place. Location is OK oNly . And when u put hot water on the bathtub ready to enjoy ,you need to closed the bathroom door as if not the high temperature will trigger the fire alarm . Never experienced this before . Up to your risk if u want to book. Is a bit More than airbnb as u just check in and everything you on your own .Don even have housekeeping as is chargeable

Very convenient, as the hotel is located in the popular Dotonbori tourist district. Food, bars, and entertainment are all nearby. The only downside is that it tends to get a little noisy at night from the crowd outside.

Toilet leaked, bin dirty and window didnt open. Great location though will do for one night! - especially if clubbing

Please be careful!!! There is a charge for the towel and amenities set for which the information note given by the hotel didn’t mention before👎👎👎Photo as attached for evidence🙌🙌🙌 And the attitude of the staff was so tough. He kept saying it was wrong about free items👎👎👎 In fact, for the first time, it was free when I ask for the towel and amenities set, however not the same case in the next day… Really disappointed…Not about money but the hotel lied and didn’t even take the responsibility of giving wrong information🙄🙄🙄

Good place..

The place is nice. However, I had to change rooms when I rebooked. This 2nd room was clean and spacious. Unfortunatrly, I didn't gave as much sunlight. I think the room might had had one fewr electrical outlet, so that was annoyjng. I was only in this room for 2 days, do it waz no problem.

The best location a bit old but to relax

It was a relaxing stay in the Azu Garden Hotel, the location is very convenient and it is just a 5-minute to Dotonbori Area. The room is quite small, yet they maximize the space it has a mini kitchen that has basic utensils (cup&saucer, electric kettle, mini fridge, sink with dishwashing soap and sponge). It has toiletries, air freshener and disinfectant. Overall my stay was very comfortable and safe.
