El hotel está muy bien ubicado, es muy conveniente para ir a Shinsaibashi, Umeda y otros lugares. El servicio fue excelente, especialmente durante el check-in. En recepción me atendió un chico coreano que hablaba chino y me permitió hacer el check-in con antelación. Aunque solo fueran unos minutos, me sentí muy bien atendido. Al hacer el check-out, incluso me siguió hasta el ascensor para ofrecerme dos botellas de agua. ¡Un detalle muy considerado! ¡Gracias!

La ubicación es excelente, cerca de Nakanoshima. Es una zona más tranquila, con bibliotecas y museos, a diferencia del bullicioso Shinsaibashi. Las habitaciones son amplias para los estándares japoneses, y al ser un hotel nuevo, las instalaciones son modernas y están en muy buen estado. Las vistas panorámicas son hermosas, tanto de noche como de día. Sin embargo, las habitaciones que dan a la calle son muy ruidosas por la noche; el ruido de los coches a gran velocidad es ensordecedor. Hay un autobús al aeropuerto, pero solo ofrece tres horarios. El servicio fue correcto y no percibí ningún problema de discriminación. Las fotos son de los alrededores de Nakanoshima y de las vistas desde la ventana de la habitación.

Cuando me registré, había un miembro del personal masculino coreano que hablaba chino, coreano y japonés con fluidez y era muy amable. Es muy agradable registrarse en coreano.

El hotel ofrece un onsen en la azotea con unas vistas impresionantes y bonitas, pero en cuanto a limpieza y privacidad, es inaceptable. 1. El onsen de la azotea no tiene nada que cubrir, lo que significa que es fácil que la gente del edificio de enfrente lo observe, lo cual es inapropiado. 2. El hotel no tiene suficiente personal para supervisar las instalaciones del onsen; muchos coreanos llevan su móvil y lo usan en el onsen de la azotea. Este es el peor onsen público que he visto en cuanto a privacidad y limpieza. El hotel está cerca de 新北地, por lo que no es recomendable solo para mujeres.

Overall, it was a good stay. I would recommend this hotel if you’re planning to visit Kyoto or nearby cities via the Keihan train line during your stay in Osaka. The location is peaceful and fairly close to Osaka Station. Unless you’re obsessed with places like Dotonbori or very lively, crowded downtown areas, this hotel is a solid option. The fitness center and spa on the top floor were nice bonuses. The service was okay — not particularly impressive considering the year-end price I paid, but reasonable based on the hotel’s average pricing.

Well? The hotel is gorgeous! Installations and the concept is amazing. The room is spacious with amazing city view. The bed is huge and super comfortable, also pillows are kinda clouds. Loved that. The reception always ready to help. But at the check out hour there’s a long line, so to avoid it I checked out earlier. That was pros. Now cons. Cleaning service always forgets something. Like one day I didn’t find cotton buds, another day they didn’t put the toilet paper etc. For such a class of the hotel it’s unacceptable. Also there’s no iron and iron desk in a room so you should ask to bring it and if it’s peak hour you should wait some hours. Unacceptable again. Location isn’t really wow because all the restaurants and activities and shopping are away and at the peak hours the subway is super crowded because the hotel located in the business area. Overall, the hotel is really nice but cons are bigger so I would not stay there again. Shinsaibashi area looks more attractive for me, also there’s another Candeo in that area so next time I’ll try to stay there. Thanks for the reception guys and girls. We stayed total 6 nights with family . We love the facilities. Only one thing not perfect is a daily cleaning service is not as good as other five stars hotel. Staffs are professional and friendly

The Candeo is an amazing hotel with a great view of Osaka at night. The onsen is really great and men and women are separated. A lot of good amenities.

Something puzzling happened to me on the first day of my stay. The cleaning staff took away my 3-layer folded toiletry bag and a mobile phone bag on the bathroom hook, which contained all the skin care, makeup and medicines for me and my child's 6-day trip, as well as nail clippers and other daily items, worth more than 20,000 yen. The hotel did not respond positively to this matter, but emphasised that the cleaning is an outsourcing company. It is sure that it will not take guests' belongings. They also ignored inquiries from the Ctrip at all. Tourists are generally unwilling to call the police to affect the itinerary. Therefore, guests should put your belongings in the suitcases and lock them.

Very good hotel, clean and modern The Onsen and gym on the top floor are top!!! Highest Onsen in the world Metro within 5min walk reachable and convenient when coming from the train station
