"Don’t normally leave reviews but this felt like a must. Alp, his family and the staff here really make this place stand out. This is our fourth visit and our priorities are usually clean, safe, good value and experience and DNA hits the spot. This place is spotless, the rooms, shower, pool are, cafe area all immaculate. The welcome you receive is second to none, the service is outstanding ( we have travelled a fair bit so we kind of know what is or isn’t genuine) . The food from the breakfast to the lunch is beautiful, (I’ve added some pictures) the Caesar salad and homemade chips for me are just divine. All really fresh ingredients and cooked well. The wine both white and red is really good, apparently so is the efes! Alp and his staff ( in particular his father Veysel, who is such a lovely man, Ceren, Arife both excellent cooks) his mother, his wife and to the others that we don’t see behind the scenes are always making sure you are ok, the place is clean and that your drinks are cold and filled. It’s also one of the last places that gives you nibbles with drinks that I know of, just another little extra. Prices of drinks and food are very reasonable aswell if you are on a budget, and there was a really good offer on the bottles of wine throughout our stay like buy one get the second one half price, which makes a big difference over the space of a week. One major thing for me is not having to scramble for a sun bed, reserving beds at daft o’clock in the morning is not something I take part in and the very thought of it gives me anxiety! Here you don’t have to worry about that, there is more than enough sun-beds to go around regardless of what time you get up. During the football season aswell Alp puts the football on which is great for us as fans but equally the bar area is really nice if you don’t watch the football. Each time we come here we meet solo travellers and couples alike and everyone says how safe they feel here and how accommodating the place is. WiFi is really good if you need it whilst u are here. All the ground rooms are swim ups basically and the pool is amazing, I loved just swimming the length of it over and over personally and it’s salt water so it’s perfect. There is also a lift to the upper floors if needed. I really couldn’t recommend this place highly enough The place is so tranquil and there are plenty of spots dotted about to read a book in the shade ( the swing is a favourite) it’s about 10 minutes walk to the town so not so far away, the town has so much choice to choose from in terms of restaurants and bars and the place is only about 30 mins from the airport. If you are considering booking I would fully recommend this place. Enjoy!"

"En el centro de una tormenta, nos divertimos a Ankara y tuvimos que esperar 3 horas en el aeropuerto, pero Sun Express era brillante y nos cuidaba dando comida y bebidas. L Estamos en el aeropuerto de Dalaman y llegamos a los apartamentos de Ozlap aproximadamente 9 horas después. La ubicación es perfecta, sólo unos minutos a pie y todos son tan útiles y amables. ¿Estamos planeando volver el año próximo? Esperamos verte de nuevo."

"BC Spa is an absolute unique place in Dalyan. The hotel has a lot of character and every room was created with eye for detail. Every wall is a piece of art by itself. Beautiful! Family rooms are perfect and contain 2 bedrooms and a seperate living room. The hotel is located directly by the river and surrounded by greenary. It is located in 2 minutes walking distance from city center, shops, bars and restaurants. You don't need a car, because the bus station, cabs and the harbour are also within a few minutes walking distance. Ideal! But the most beautiful asset of this hotel are the employees. I've been to Turkey many times but never have I felt more at home than at BC Spa! All staff members are so friendly and helpfull! We were in Turkey during Dutch Kings Day and we were invited to come to a party were everybody brought something to eat. Of course we couldn't bake something ourselves (no cooking facilities in the hotel room). The chef asked us at what time the party started and went as far as to bake us a cake right there and then as a present! This to me is the perfect example of how heartwarming and kind the people of BC Spa are to their guests!"

"Fue, sin lugar a dudas, el hotel que más nos sorprendió para bien en nuestro viaje a Turquía. Veníamos de Kas y la llegada es fácil. Lo elegimos por ubicación ya que está en la misma calle de los ferrys que pasan los coches para ver las ruinas romanas. Está a dos pasos del centro del pueblo, dónde se cogen las barcas para recorrer el río hasta la playa. A la vuelta, con las barcas, puedes pedir que te paren delante del hotel. Se puede aparcar en la calle sin problemas y el hotel es realmente bonito. Nuestra habitación daba a la planta baja y con acceso directo a la piscina, que está junto al río. Es una gozada de sitio. Muy buen bar de piscina y buen restaurante para comidas a precios más que razonables. Solo estuvimos una noche y nos encantó por lo que volveremos seguro. Las habitaciones, modernas, funcionales, con todo lo necesario. Buen baño reformado, amenities de calidad y gran desayuno. Y encima, justo enfrente del hotel hay un restaurante de pescado en la orilla del río que es espectacular y a un precio muy bueno. Lo tiene todo para pasar más de un día porque la zona también vale la pena."

"Bathroom was old and dirty. Rooms were old. Linings were not ironed. Receptionist asked too many questions even more than passport control check, not sure why. We found another hotel and left it immediately. We did not even ask for reimbursement. Do not go to this hotel."
