The atmosphere in this hotel, in this period of time is amazing: Christmas Trees, Christmas Carols, even the smell from halls reminder of Christmas Seasons. The breakfast was very, very good. Se trata de un hotel alejado del centro y ubicado al lado de un parque. Lo anterior hace que sea un establecimiento tranquilo, bueno para descansar, pero al mismo tiempo que visitar el centro histórico de la ciudad resulte más complicado. Se encuentra a unos quince minutos a pie. Si se opta por un taxi costará el equivalente a unos diez euros. Las instalaciones están obsoletas. Especialmente recepción y el comedor donde sirven los desayunos, de muy reducidas dimensiones. Las habitaciones de muy escasas dimensiones. Sobre todo el lavabo donde únicamente puede entrar una persona. Cuidado con la mampara de la ducha: cierra mal y el lavabo se inunda. Pésimo el desayuno, con poca variedad y calidad dudosa. El wifi es igualmente malo.

¡Excelente experiencia en general arruinada por el horrible servicio de lavandería contratado! La ropa no estaba lista cuando se prometió, mal lavado -- ropa ligera oscura de lavado mixto, ropa devuelta doblada/vaporada y el personal de recepción que apoyó las historias del contratista -- mis ropa estaban prometidas la noche anterior, Cuando no regresaron la mañana siguiente, el personal de recepción dijo que el contratista estaba en camino -- 20 minutos después, me dijeron que el contratista estaba ahijando mis ropas y estará aquí en 10 minutos, ¡todos mentirán! La Torre de la Torre de la Ana de Oro necesita un servicio de lavandería de reputación o deje de hacerlo!

Muy espacioso, acomodando a los tres en una habitación doble y un sofá en el salón, con mucha luz del día en este apartamento de 5o piso. Además de una cocina. Es un poco de paseo del centro de la ciudad pero encontramos un par de bares cerca para un cabañador. ¡Sólo el tipo de apartamento donde viviría si pudiera hacerlo!

Tienes aparcamiento a 4 euros (20 leis) para los alojados en el hotel enfrente del hotel. El hotel está andando al lado, al lado de la zona de salir y casco histórico de Sibiu y sobre todo de la catedral ortodoxa q es preciosa y puedes visitar sin problema en la misa ( es muy curiosa) y no les importa q la veas y grabes, con respeto obviamente. El hotel práctico y limpio. Nos resultó muy cómodo.

El hotel está situado en una ubicación ideal y a una distancia fácil de caminar del centro de la ciudad, que cuenta con una gran variedad de restaurantes y bares. La habitación estaba cómoda y bien equipada con cama cómoda, aire acondicionado, secador de pelo, TV, etc. Los puntos negativos fueron el WiFi que era terrible y constantemente cayendo. La caja que tenía instrucciones contradictorias etiquetadas en el exterior y en una hoja de papel en el interior. Ni las instrucciones funcionaron. El mantenimiento de casas era raro porque parecen cambiar toallas pero eso es, no amarillas la cama ni rellenar las toallas. No me gustan las pequeñas botellas de gel de ducha y champú, no muy limpias desde el punto de vista medioambiental y sólo una dolor para usar.

El alojamiento se encuentra a 10 minutos de la estación y a pocos pasos del centro histórico, tiene parking privado para los clientes. El personal increíblemente atento y amable, noa ofrecieron café y coca de cortesia, muy bueno todo. Tiene una terracita preciosa donde desayunar i tomar algo por la tarde. La habitación guapísima, con un estilo rococó, comoda y acogedora, un sitio donde realmente nos hubiéramos quedado más días.

Un maravilloso hotel de 5 estrellas acogedor y con un fantástico trato familiar, la limpieza excepcional y volveremos sin duda…..se lo recomendaría a todo el mundo!!!! La situación céntrica y tranquila del hotel es maravillosa para un agradable paseo, así como su jardín para descansar y tomar un café.

The German-named hotel, a rip-off, was pretty much like the one I got with Johannis. You check in, go to your room, and find that it's very hot. You fiddle with the high-tech AC control system on a tablet embedded in the wall, only to discover that it's already set to the minimum temperature with the ventilation at maximum, yet it still displays 27 degrees in the room. You take off your shoes and sit by the ventilation grille, noticing a slight breeze (and I'm not exaggerating, just a slight breeze) that probably aims for 25-26 degrees. I've spent several years cumulatively in hotels, so I know their tricks. I open TripAdvisor and search for reviews, and of course, all the ones from the summer period complain about the lack of AC. I go down to the reception and ask the lady there if they have any rooms where the AC works and if they won't shuffle me from room to room as they did with other tourists who had written about this ”strategy,” probably devised by the rude owner. The lady assures me that she will solve my problem: two more rooms and luggage tours through the hotel, only to find out that it was exactly as I suspected: no room could provide a decent temperature. The lowest was 26 degrees with the AC running at maximum for 5 hours (in a colleague's room who had arrived earlier). I don't understand two things: How does a place like this get a 4-star rating? Probably the same way gas stations between buildings do. What kind of owner is so rude and stingy that they won't solve the problem and won't instruct their staff to try to fool the customer by shuffling them from room to room, even though they have reviews from 2022 pointing out the issue? PS: I mustn't forget two more aspects: brown wooden doors in a design with white and gray in the rooms; it's as if a blind person thought of the color combination. The parking lot might be enough for 10% of the rooms, and the reception lady encourages you to park at the nearby Mega Image supermarket where the parking spaces are marked as for the store's customers. When you ask if that's not a problem, you're told to put your car in a less noticeable spot in the back; otherwise, the store staff might notice and come to ”complain” about it. This is Romanian tourism (even with a German name) in the ”land of well-done things.”
