The hotel is near the train station, Price is fair, Room is cleab, Breakfast is fine.

Good location, good breakfast, good room
Could have given higher score for service if it had not been for the knock on the door with staff saying that we have not checked out (happened before checkout time).

The hotel was situated on the center of Örebro close to restaurants and the castle. Breakfast was ok, no more. On the negative side; very small room, only some 30 cm between the beds and the wall so you couldnt allmost pass the bed.
It was clear that this was a single room which they put one more bed in to.. not acceptable. You could till by the fact that the bedlamp and headboard + TV was located on the side of the beds.. not behind or in front.

Ordered a room with two single beds, was assigned a room with a double bed. Hotel staff made minimal efforts to rectify the mistake.

Not really suitable for families with small children who need to be in strollers. Also, not for people in wheelchairs. There is really small elevator and we could not fit there with our twins. Also, you need to first climb few stairs to even get to the elevator. There was makeshift ramp but that wasn’t really useful. Breakfast is downstairs and there are stairs there as well. We needed to get breakfast from there but brought it up to the lobby to eat as we could not go there with twin strollers.
We left our car to Aimo park where hotel had reserved parking spaces. From there to the hotel we needed to also go through stairs and there was no elevator. I guess other option would have been to walk completely out of the parking hall. Not ideal parking when you have twin strollers.
Otherwise hotel was quite ok. Room was big and quiet. Location is also good as it is in the city center.

It was easy to get to and there was always someone at the front desk to assist you or answer questions. The rooms were clean and comfortable!
