Son 6 ayda (ocak 2022 , nisan 2022, haziran 2022) 3. defa konakliyorum. Ilk konaklama tecrubem ***et iyi iken, ikinci konaklamamda kaliteden odun vermeye basladiklarini gordum, telafi edilir sandim. Malesef ucuncu konaklamamda kalite, hizmet ve musteri memnuniyetini geri pilana atildigi bariz belli oldu. 6 ay icerisinde konaklamaya %200 zam gelmis. Zam mi ekonomik sartlar cercevesinde yapiyorsunuz, anlayis ile karsiliyorum, bari kalite, hizmet ve musteri memnuniyetinide ayni seviyde birakin. Kahvaltida bufeden kaldirilan urunler var, suyu kendin alamiyorsun eskisi gibi, garsondan istemen gerekiyor. Sudan ne kadar tasarruf edebilirsinizki bunu bufeden kaldiriyorsunuz. Tasarruf etmeye calistiginiz kalemler okadar yanliski. Kahvaltida (acik bufe) ilk gelisimde maske vardi, plastik eldivenler vardi, hepsi kaldirilmis. Pandemi algisi bitti diye hijenide koyvermisler. Otelin 6 ay icerisinde yukarida belirtmis oldugum ve bir kac konuda daha tasarrufu bulunmus. Gercekten cok uzucu bir durum. Yanlis yerlerden yasarruf ediyorsunuz. Misafirleri sizi tekrar tercih ediyor ise, gecmisteki guzel tecrubeleri dogrultusunda veya referans uzeri tercih ediyordur. %200 zam yapmis olmaniza ragmen bu tasarruflari yapmis olmaniz cok yanlis. Beni ve cevremdeki kisileri musteri olarak kaybettiniz malesef.

This is an excellent experience staying in Wyspy hotel. Exceeding my expectation. Staff are helpful and friendly. Choose this hotel when you stay in Ordu.

I had my baddest experience in my life in this hotel. The receptionist closed the phone on my face 3 times, and then when I went to the reception to talk to him, I think his name is Samet he was very very rude that he starting screaming at me, in fact he was talked to a customer before me with the same rudeness. But with me he took it to another level were he standed up and came to me (as he want to fight with me).
To the management of the hotel, it is shame that you have this receptionist, they are the face of the hotel. Hire people who can deal with people with respect.
