Service was very poor. No hot water No room Service Staffs are no friendly No amenities. No foods available at hotel I strongly recommend dont stay here

Location and service is very well but we have  gotten very upset due to load shedding regularly happened during my stay on 27th May 2025 !!

Good location. Very near to main market even A2B pure veg restaurant. Average hotel but they care you a lot. Neat and clean property.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful—they even assisted with arranging our itinerary and trip packages. The ambience was nice, and the town centre was close and easily accessible. Had a great holiday!

This is like a homestay without food! The room was spacious and comfortable but no heater was available. We had stayed at the premium deluxe room but no good hospitality was received in terms of frequent checking on things like beverages or if we need anything else from them. It was non-professional! Also there is no arrangement of food on this property. There is a attached restaurant called Madras Rasoi which serves decent food but they are serving only on limited time slots. When you book a hotel you expect to get better treatment but unfortunately there is no such scope. I wouldn't recommend to anyone who is fond of hotels. This is ideal for people who are mostly sightseeing and doesn't expect much in terms of hospitality from the hotel! Thanks.

VERY WELL LOCATED IN THE HEART OF CITY EVERYTHING IS NEARBY THE STAFF IS VEY HELPFUL GOOD CLEAN AND NEAT HOTEL FOR FAMILY TO STAY RESTAURANT AND LOCAL SHOPPING IS CLOSE BY VEG RESTURANT ANAND BHAVAN
