Too much to say; when we arrived, we were not greeted, no eye contact was made, the girl behind the counter literally did not say a word to us until she HAD to ask our last name to finalize the check-in. And then she turned and walked away. My husband had to go back to the office to get the WiFi password (because they refuse to answer the phone), she scribbled it on a piece of paper and still did not say a word nor give eye contact. No information was given to us about the hotel, breakfast, etc. When my husband asked whether or not there was breakfast, the girl yelled ”yes” from the office, where she had already retreated to. It was the rudest service we have ever had....anywhere! The next morning wasn't any better. Two staff people, no eye contact, no help, just rude. The area is not safe, we were fearful our car could get broken into, people lingering outside the hotel, and people just outside our door in the middle of the night yelling and using profanity. The night couldn't get over fast enough. It honestly was terrible, and we're pretty good at giving places the benefit of the doubt.
