After checking in was told that I had to leave a $50 cash deposit since I was staying in a non smoking room. No atm at the motel I had to walk to the truck stop to get cash to pay would not accept credit/debit card. VERY INCONVENIENT. I don’t smoke!!!!!!!!

Very noisy at night. One night it sounded like a woman was being beat from the screaming and yelling. Breakfast was options of 3 cold cereals, yogurt or Walmart bought miniature muffins.

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was clean and staff friendly. The hotel location is excellent for business in Memphis as it is a short drive and there are many restaurants and gas station located very conveniently nearby.

It was clean but the smell of pot and cigarette smoke was horrific. The pool was cold and closed early both days we were there. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and bothered my back. Couldn't get the TV to work. The breakfast was cold cereal.

Breakfast set up was sp****. Minimal choices. Vending machines empty. Phone in room did not work and they did nothing about it. Parking lot poorly lite Do not recommend!!!!!

Pool closes at 7pm which is after we arrived. It doesn't open again until 11am which is after checkout. Who wants to travel soaking wet? We traveled a long way and just wanted somewhere with a pool. So we didn't get to swim at all. The free breakfast was some granola bars and cereal (literally 20 cents worth of food per person unless you grab all 6 granola bars and then maybe $1. Nothing you can't just bring with you. The first room smelled horrible but the nice front desk guys gave us a new room. They were great but the management needs help.
