Generally speaking I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Location is good close to rhe station and the park and the city center. Breakfast was excellent in a nice spacious dining rooms + veranda. Staff was correct and helpful at most times. Room was OK in size. Most my comments relate to the room: 1. No air conditioning, the small cooler they provide is not effective enough. 2. No drawers and shelves to put the cloths only hanging...not practical not satisfying when staying for a week duration. 3. No basic vanity kit nor conditioner in the bathroom...really not suited for a 4 stars hotel. I had to buy this stuff. Can't understand this kind of stupid negligence (I did ask in reception for conditioner and they confirmed they don't provide it....). 4. Poor TV offer of channels....not so critical but still .... 5. Room service shuts down very early in the evening so what's the point of it?

Uitstekend hotel met bijzonder vriendelijke mensen tot aan de chef toe. Dikke plus voor de hulpvaardigheid en meedenken toen één van onze vrienden een ongelukje had gehad. Komen zeker terug. Kleine opmerkingen: als je meerdere dagen blijft mag de menukaart voor het arrangement wat ons betreft iets uitgebreider. We komen zeker een keer terug!

Velmi milý personál, pokoje dostačující, snídaně výborné, bylo mi zajištěno bezlepkové pečivo i bezlaktózové mléko, na poslední brzký odjezd přichystali balíček opět s rostlinnými, bezlepkovými a bezlaktózovými potravinami, odcházím velmi spokojená, děkuji. Very nice staff, adequate rooms, excellent breakfast, I was provided with gluten-free pastries and lactose-free milk, for the last early departure they prepared a package again with plant-based, gluten-free and lactose-free foods, I leave very satisfied, děkuji.

La habitación (#122) era un estilo agradable, limpio y la cama estaba cómoda .....but. Desafortunadamente, el champú estaba vacío al llegar y cuando lo notificamos a la recepción, se reemplazó rápidamente, sin embargo, el mantenimiento de casa también se retiró (y no reemplazó) la mayoría de nuestras toallas. Quien pintó las paredes, no hizo un buen trabajo (ver imagen) y la madera junto al suelo, mientras que parece hermosa, no es la mejor elección de material, ya que esta fácilmente teñe (ver imagen). La habitación de la habitación era muy buena. Entiendo que esto es subjetivo, pero he probado 2 diferentes vinos rojos (las variedades de uva que normalmente tomaría) y ambos no fueron agradables (vino barato). Así que 3 vinos diferentes en total, y todos no eran buenos. Cuando llegamos a la habitación, había varios cafeterías diferentes, pero cuando se llenaron el día siguiente, todos eran los mismos (por desgracia no con los que nos gustaba, desde el día anterior). Las placas/cupas de la habitación a la puerta (donde se sirve el desayuno) se almacenaron en cajas y el troleo se rodea por el restaurante principal, a la cocina. No me importaría si esto fuera sólo una vez, pero esto sucedió varias veces, mientras que tratamos de disfrutar de nuestra cena, y es muy distrayente con el ruido de la rattling. El estándar de nuestra habitación / instalaciones fue agradable, y probablemente justificado por la calificación 4*, pero desafortunadamente todos los elementos mencionados anteriormente nos permitieron darle sólo una revisión media.

Hotel adorable con habitaciones muy limpias, cómodas y un personal muy amigable. El hotel está a pocos minutos a pie de la estación y del centro de la ciudad. Está en un hermoso edificio. Me disfruté de mi estancia aquí. El jardín detrás del hotel cuenta con muchos asientos privados. Los diferentes grupos de mesa y sillas están separados por plantas y busques. El personal sale de su camino para ayudarte con cualquier cosa. Me había olvidado mi pasta dental y no hay problema. También almacenaron mi equipaje felizmente después de haber salido. El desayuno es un estilo buffet con muchos asientos, incluyendo fuera durante buen tiempo. En las habitaciones tienes una cocina, café y té. Estoy ya esperando mi próxima estancia :-)

As I stayed there the second time, I was again confirmed that this is a really good hotel for professional buf also leisure stays. The spacious room with a balcony, the kind and supportive staff, the breakfast with a big variety of food as well as the comfortable lounge area incl. terace, all this makes it worthy to stay there. In addition, the bikes are easy to rent for a good price, so that any kind of flexibility is offered. I will certainly come again.

El hotel está ubicado en la parte norte de Holanda. Hay relativamente pocos chinos. El hotel es un hotel de negocios puro.
