Bence güzel bir hotel çalışanlar ilgili özellikle adını hatırlayamadım Soyadı Sarı olan bi arkadaş vardı gerçekten çok ilgilendi teşekkür ediyorum.

При заезде, как и писали в интернете, мне был выдан номер вне основных зданий, вдоль транзитного коридора. По мнению туристов, в этих номерах жил раньше персонал. Застоявшийся воздух с запахом порошка или, возможно, дешевого соющего средства. При повторном обращении на ресепшен мне выдали полноценный фэмили-рум с видом на море! Отлично. Корпус ближний к морю, как пишут в отзывах действительно является предпочтительным. Сам отель очень простенький, у него, несмотря на внешне внушительное здание, где расположен ресепшен (одно из двух основных), нет даже кольцевого заезда для автомобилей и туристических автобусов. Дизайн фэмили-рума мне понравился. В остальном все стандартно: бассейн, песчаный пляж, бар-ресторан и основной ресторан. Все без изысков. Включая дизайн интерьеров отеля. Кухня неплохая, выгодно отличающая данный отель от отелей, экономящих на продуктах. Кухня на 4+ примерно. В данный отель есть смысл ехать, если цена конкурентна. Если Вы отдыхали в отелях высокого уровня, то он покажется вам простоватым, этакой четверочкой. Справедливости ради, кроме того, что мне поначалу подсунули плохой номер, отрицательных эмоций больше отель не произвел. Может быть потому, что был я там недолго.

Just arrived home from a lovely week hotel is lovely pools are lovely, food was repetitive same every day no one spoke any English at all not even a small amount the guests were mainly Russian and German staff were communicating with them absolutely fine but with us were rude and shrugged there shoulders and walked off, room was only cleaned once in 7 days and we had to ask her to do it when we returned we had no blankets or toilet roll and had to go try and ask at reception no luck with the blankets they never did arrive we went and got our own, we asked reception if they could call us a taxi to a restaurant 40 mins of showing them on the map where we wanted to go they said no kept walking away ( we finally did get to side harbour and food was amazing) Animation team tried there best but was same every day and people got bored and did t join in- when in restaurant at night the waiters would take drink orders and bring to table uhhh ohhh not us we had to queue and the amount of times I was ignored at the bar was unbelievable just serving men like I was invisible, tried to tell them the gas had gone in the Pepsi and he shrugged his shoulders and passed another Pepsi over bar and turned his back to me. The room we chose was side sea view well the balcony was so small only 2 of us could stand on it had to lean over to see a small amount of sea we had the main road where they loaded and unloaded was so noisy from 5am and we gave up asking to move rooms they just didn’t understand or at least try too. Will definitely not be returning felt very unwelcome. Not our first time in turkey so this was little upsetting after being made to feel welcome everywhere we have stayed previously.

My every morning started with garbage and noise at 7 oclock (photos). Rooms didnt clean before our coming. Reception is not helpfull - our question didnt has answer. Platers and cups every day is dirty. Resort is small. Near resort and countryside is very poor and very sad. To the city isnt sidewalk. For us is a disappointment.

I want to write a review based on my experience in this hotel. I want to mention something that happened to me..i made an arrangment with an travel agency and made a payment for the arrangment but they didnt made a payment at the hotel so i had do made the payment there once again. What i want to mention here is that even there in the hotel there was a table with the prices and the price was 200 euro per night for two persons they asked me to pay 400 euro per night and after some conversation and from the help of the Chef of reception,Gorkmen they gave a price of 260 euro per night. This is something that i will never forget and that was not fair at all. Regardin the hotel, it was clean, the pool was very nice the sea was good, and the food was good too. Evening animations were average maybe because it was second half of September. I recommend the hotel especially at this part of the season. 16 - 23 September.

We loved it. Clean rooms. Helpful staff. Great view (mostly) and many markets around. The garden is huge and awesome full with Palm Trees. The beach is long and there are many free sunbeds. No premium alcohol but I did not miss it. It was our first time in Turkey and it was a great choice to fell in love with this country. There were many many food and cakes for every meal. The pool is ~150cm deep so not totally cool for children.

We came on a big family holiday (21 of us) for 2 weeks, we arrived early hours and check in was difficult due to the man behind reception not speaking English and then our rooms got messed up, but all was fixed and fine the next day. Rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. The food is repetitive but some of it is really nice, and ice cream available in the afternoon and the evening. The staff were all really nice especially the animation team, special thanks to ismail, manolya and mert who made our holiday fun and special. The pool was cold but really fun and the kids loved the water slides, sadly the indoor relax pool was closed the whole time. Would avoid any excursions with ‘jack’ as he is known to scam people, instead we went with Murat from SeaSons travel group as his prices were the best, highly recommend the pirate ship, and visiting the Duden waterfalls. The shops just outside the hotel are decently priced too, Ali baba was our favourite. Overall we had a lovely holiday and I’d recommend it!! ☺️

Kitchen was very dirty, there were flies all over the place. Flies touched food, and were near drinks in the bar. They didn't clean the floor around the pool with water, just pick up the trash. They didn't have list of coctails, every barista made coctails on their own. Not once I drank the same drink. Pool was very very dirty. After we came back, my niece got infected with Pseudomonas Aeroginosa Bacteria on the ear. Doctors said that it was from unclean water in the pool.

After reading a few reviews i was a bit sceptical about the hotel but have to say i have no complaints after spending my holiday there. Everything was perfect. When we got there it was late so the room they gave didnt have a view of the sea but next day they changed the room for us without any hesitation and got a nice room with sea view and balcony. Food was brilliant and the staff were very helpful, although the people staying at hotel seem to be from germany and other eastern europeon countries the staff still spoke decent english, good enough to communicate on typical issues. It has a gym, spa and good size swimming pool. The beach is walking distance and has all your water sports. The rooms are clean and get cleaned every day without having to ask or ask for towel changes etc. I think its a great hotel for family and kids. The area isnt the best but you have a market right outside the hotel where you will find plenty of things to buy. Overall enjoyed my experience and for the price i paid was well worth it would go again
