Valoraciones de First Hotel Grand

It is an old hotel. But helpful with the very good breakfast buffet. It is not great but it nice for a night stay. The room with the big window facing the streets outside are nice . But the first one they gave me was so dark and facing courtyard and fire escape stairs . But the young man at the receptionist was extra helpful and gave me a better room without much troubles.

We stayed in a secluded part of the hotel where we had to take an elevator from reception, walk a long corridor, take another elevator to reach our room. That being said, room and toilet was really clean. No grout on tiled wall. Kudos to the cleaning team. The room did not have air-con, kettle, tea/coffee nor minifridge. Was quite worried about temperature since temperature outside was pretty high. But luckily they have a small fan. Good enough to pull through. Being smack in the center of the city also means that its noisy. So it's give and take for the amazingly convenient location. Hotel also provides us with earplugs at the bedside. Breakfast has big variety. Good quality and fresh.

老派精品酒店，設施還是上個世紀。照明昏暗，竟然全是耗電的白熾燈！軌道不暢，窗簾拉起來非常費勁，抖來抖去。淋浴水量一般。不推薦！

房間服務如果住一晚不會有問題，如果住兩晚以上就發現問題，不打掃衞生，甚至於洗手間垃圾桶都不清理，但酒店位置不錯，房間也比較大

酒店位置好 環境好 前台非常友好 早餐豐盛 入住體驗非常棒 Fantastic overall experience here, the building is historical with big windows, which also open completely 👍 Breakfast buffet was absolutely fantastic, lots of options, both sweet and savory, and they even have a make-your-own pancake bar! 😍 (I mean who doesn’t love great breakfast) Top location, almost everything in the city is reachable by foot (central station, museums, parks…) Can definitely recommend 👍

房間不大，但是一人出差足夠了。洗臉盆小了點，上面有擱板，刷牙洗臉不放便，有點反人性。

北歐風格的豪華

年代比較久遠，設施雖然維護得不錯，但是還是比較老舊了。早餐比較豐富

古老的歷史建築，住在那裡非常有情調，早餐非常豐富，周圍是大劇院，安徒生故居，步行街，local的餐廳！

房子位置好，衞浴設備有待完善，洗澡不方便，房間很大

相比於大城市的酒店會顯得簡陋一些，沒有暖氣和空調。但是在當地應該算非常好的酒店了，早餐很好，有很豐富的選擇。

服務態度是超級好，酒店挺乾淨，早餐也豐富，但是酒店不配免費純凈水和燒水壺，是這個酒店切記自己買好水帶過去，並且我住的房間無線網信號很弱
