«Room was clean and the bed linens smelled fresh.
The front office staff and maids were all amiable and happy to be helpful. Breakfast was carb city. Did have self made hot waffles, muffins, cereals, yogurt bananas and coffee n juice.

This efficiency apartment has it all full kitchen with toaster oven, microwave, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and cooktop for cooking. Sleeps 3 adults unless you are sharing beds. No more than 4 adults allowed as this is a smaller unit. Property on 3 sides is surrounded by Oconee county country club golf course. 2 lakes on the property and only 1 mile to Walmart and shopping. The stars are amazing at night as you enjoy seclusion but still close to town 15 minutes to Clemson and 30 minutes to the blue ridge mountains. We are 7 minutes from beautiful lake Keowee. Bring your hiking boots! Hunt for golf balls! This truly is a hidden gem!

This tranquil retreat offers a tremendous living room with 2 sofa beds with toppers for extra space. We supply linens; towels and sheets and washer and dryer for your convenience. The kitchen has pots and pans, dishes, a Keurig coffee maker and a regular coffee maker and a slow cooker. We have wine glasses and opener.
We have games for adults and children and lake towels for swimming. We have WI-FI and TV service. Enjoy the fire pit in the yard. Horse shoe games is out there also. The First Aid Kit is on open shelf near the kitchen.

Rainyville - Emerald features a master bedroom on the main floor with a queen bed, two twin beds in the loft upstairs, and a sleeper sofa in the downstairs living room.
There is a fully equipped kitchen including a Keurig machine, toaster, mixer, blender, crock pot, pots, pans, baking pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, wine glasses, etc.
The bathroom comes stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There are plenty of towels, a hand-held shower head, and hair dryer. Next door to the bathroom is a laundry room with a stackable washer and dryer.
Outside is plenty of parking, including parking for boats. The back deck features both an outdoor lounge area as well as dining table and chairs. There's also a charcoal grill.
The very back of the property includes a hammock amongst the trees and firepit with patio area, which is a shared space with the rental next door.
