The hotel was broken down and bedbug ridden. My family was not happy with the hotel. ******* did not offer any help.

The staff was very helpful and cooperative easy to deal with but property need a lot of work the rooms are big and spacious the beds are horrible would not recommend I guess that’s what you pay for very cheap you get cheap accommodation the pics is not what you get

I've read the previous reviews before booking. Honestly you get what you paid for. The place does need renovations but you forget that once you enter your room and see how spacious it is. The view from the balcony is amazing and deserves 5 stars. And the people who said that there are gangs or it's scary are plain insane lol. I felt very safe, yes you get hassled but it's part of being in Jamaica. The staff was very nice and friendly. I enjoyed my stay.

Liked friendly front desk staff. Did not like the fact that we were not able to identify staff on the ground. The house keepers were able to identify, however, the maintenance, security and restaurant staff you could not tell sho is wgo, so persons keep asking questions and we did not know who we were speaking with.

Hotel is clean,quiet, private, the views are amazing, feel asleep on balcony wind ocean so peaceful, I mean for the price it's an old building, you can't expect the four seasons, The bed was extra clean,no bugs,fresh clean white sheets,towels nice clean scent,super hot water ,easy check in ,good bath room light ,felt very safe ,rented a car for $272.00 it stayed parked until I drove back to airport we walk to kfc,taste patty,skara,bugerking and circle k for junk food.Lots ofactivities in the area Only thing I wish & pray they consider free wifi in the room, u can sit in lobby use it free , the fact there's a small television in the room which I still enjoyed ,but had been nice If i could had watched
movies on my phone and scroll tictok until I fell asleep, thats it, that's all my good honest review, but it will be my permanent stay hotel everytime I visit the island.

Property run down and in disrepair. The receptionist was not personable he was not even aware of our reservation. We paid for three nights and didnt spend one night there. Place looked very unsafe. The room was musty and the bathroom smelly.

Location is wonderful, I can walk to everything. Very run down and outdated. The tv is as small as a tablet. Free WiFi is good and front desk and housekeeping staff are very friendly and wonderful. Daily housekeeping is provided.
