"Pool, housekeeping & maintenance staff all top notch. Front desk not so much. I booked a King room and my confirmation (which I showed them) said balcony and view. They said that I was booked in a standard King & bkz I booked third party it wasn’t their problem & I would have to straighten it out with Trip.com….wrong answer…Our room was the size of a walk in closet..it reeked of mildew and the bathroom was so small my 6’ husband had to sit sideways on the T-seat….Entry Door didn’t seal closed so flies came in. I looked at the hotel’s own website and even what they advertise as a “standard king” isn’t anything like the room itself. So just be aware that the rooms you see pictures are not the rooms you get AT ALL. Disappointing they wouldn’t make it right."

"Was told when I got there I got lucky I was getting an upgrade to a third bed in an adjoining room but really it wasn't I needed to get in there to use the bathroom so...it was just not a nice room it was clean but just not as nice as the room that was in the picture...I'm sure they do this all the time."

"Our first floor room was clean, for a one night stay. That's the end of the good part. The noise coming from the floor above throughout the night was horrendous, both ordinary voice, raised voice and seemingly every footstep and floor impact transmitted clearly through. I reported this via a constructive text after checking out, suggesting a need for some floor insulation work, because they sent a text and asked for my feedback. The text response back to me from the manager, was that other guests had reported that I was unpleasant towards others, and that I would not be invited back. I'm certain that the responding manager had me confused with someone else who must have also stayed there, because I was barely there except for the Friday night, and my presence was as neutral as one could be. Having now been triggered, I considered taking this further up their chain to hotel ownership, and collected names and email addresses. But then I decided it wasn't worth my further stress or attention. I would never stay there again, regardless, and would never encourage anyone I know, to stay there."
