This location was clean and new. Everything was great except that there are massive amounts of vanilla fragrance / scent pumping through the HVAC system in the lobby. I have a fragrance allergy, and my husband thought it was overpowering. I was unable to enjoy the breakfast since the lobby was open to the eating area and it was also open to the room hallways on the second floor. Thankfully, I was able to open the door in my room to allow fresh air. I know many people are enjoying these HVAC fragrances but it prevents those of us who have an allergy (and there are many) to be able to use these businesses. I would definitely return and give an excellent rating if they stop using them.

I arrived hours early before regular check in time of 4pm and was able to get into my room super early thanks to the staff. They were great at accommodating and communicating everyday to make sure you didn't want anything refreshed or need anything restocked. The communication between the front desk and housekeeping are fantastic. You always see them cleaning the halls and can really tell they care about the facilities they have

Great stay! Team was very helpful and friendly! Will definitely be staying again! Valarie the manager was so helpful & kind. Liss in breakfast was very sweet and made my stay every morning. My room was perfect. The location was perfect for us. The kitchen is my favorite part of the rooms. Will be back soon!

We had a wonderful time at Paradise Plaza! We had the Dolphin Suite, which was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The location is perfect - right on the boardwalk - and they allow pets, which made our two cats very happy! I especially want to give a shout-out to a very helpful staffer named Logan. The thermostat in the smaller bedroom of the suite wasn't working (the one in the big room worked fine) so we called the front desk. Logan came to fix it, but determined that a crucial part (condenser coil, I think?) needed to be replaced, but would need to be ordered. He offered to switch us to a different room, but we declined. So instead, he brought us not one, but TWO enormous fans so the room would stay cool! Great staff at this hotel! We're already looking forward to staying here next summer!

I love the Hilton Garden Inn at the Virginia Beach Ocean Front. All the staff is so nice and very friendly. Ronnie the valet is super nice. He always has a smile on his face and is super-fast at getting your car. The only problem I had for the last couple of years is that the vents in the rooms are not cleaned. I mean never. They are filthy. I would get another hotel, but I would not have the view like at the Hilton. Every morning, we watch the sun rise and also see the dolphins swim by. If I had a side view of the ocean, I would be very upset. I hope this year the housekeeping staff cleans those vents, in the bathroom also. I hope when I return in the summer of 2025 I don't have to take my dust rag and charge the Hilton for cleaning the room.

This was a great hotel to stay at for a week while our daughter’s softball team played in a tournament. The room was spacious and comfortable. The pool is outside right on the water. The fitness center is up on the 7th floor so you work out while looking out over the water. But mostly I want to compliment the staff. Everyone I talked to was nice and helpful. And then after I checked out and was on my way to the airport I realized that I had left several items in my room including my wedding ring. I messaged the hotel in the chat function on the app and explained the situation. They could not have been nicer. They went right away to the room and found the items and held them at the desk until a friend could pick them up. Thank you to the wonderful staff!

Si viaja con el chico de peluche, este es el hotel que quieres quedarse. Muy amigable con las mascotas! En el verano, los perros no están permitidos en la playa de la ciudad del océano, así que yo solía llevar a mi perro al parque nacional de Assateague para que mi perro divierta en la playa. La cama era muy grande (me gustaba la cama firme), pero era muy cómoda! El café caliente de la cocina fue lo suficientemente bueno para ahorrar mi tiempo para conducir buscando café fuera del hotel. ¡Es la mejor experiencia del hotel con mi peluquería!
