Wonderful experience after 1 year past to stay again and the hotel never disappoints me. Sincere staff clean environment and nice breakfast which always makes me feel welcome and comfortable. No doubt it will be my only option for next trip to Obihiro.

close to JR station, full of personal amenity set, welcome drink is a bonus, restaurant service is better than expected, really love this hotel.

Welcome drink is good. Breakfast spread is not bad, especially the Butadon, it is tasty.

Check-in was quite crowded, but the process was fast and handled efficiently by the polite and helpful staff, which created a welcoming start to the stay. Most of the patrons seemed to be business travelers, but the hotel is also comfortable for leisure stays. The rooms were clean and cozy, with thoughtful touches like a relaxing yukata. Parking is limited, and I had to use the underground car park opposite the hotel — it was convenient, but note that it is paid parking through the hotel. Breakfast (¥2,200 per person) was a highlight, offering a wide variety of dishes including sashimi. The hotel also provided nice extras such as complimentary beer, masks for guests, and bathtub powder sachets for a relaxing soak. The location is excellent — right next to Obihiro Station, with plenty of restaurants nearby. You can even walk to the famous confectionary Rokkatei shop, making it a great base for exploring Obihiro. Overall, a well-located hotel with good food, thoughtful amenities, and warm hospitality.

Locating right next to JR Obihiro station, restaurants around. Nice view from hotel room (was stating on 13/F). Welcome drink available, amenities widely provided, with tooth brush, cleansing, face cream, masks, etc. Room was spacious. And nice staff.

Friendly and thoughtful staff who can communicate in English fluently, especially the gentleman at reception on 16 Jan evening. The amenities provided are wide ranged and generous. We felt at ease and welcomed by their welcome drinks offer in the restaurant. Overall the hotel is bright and clean with Japanese simplicity design and ambience. The room was spacious and quiet for our triple bed room. The location is unbeatable where JR station is just opposite to the hotel. Checkout is quick and easy. Perfect place and will visit again if we come to Obihiro again.

However, it falls short for those arriving by car, as there is no dedicated drop-off point, making it inconvenient. A significant downside is the lack of complimentary bottled water in the rooms, which was a disappointing first for our trip. Good stay. They upgraded me to the junior suite and loved the huge space with bathtub. The washing machine was a life saver.

The room is quite big n clean. The welcome drink includes quite a variety of drinks n wine. Will definitely stay here again if we come to Obihiro.
