"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel for 2 nights in spring. A great environment to relax. First of all, the air in Oberstaufen is extremely refreshing and smells nice. Although the room we stayed in was standard, it was very spacious and consisted of a bedroom, a living room and two bathrooms. The bed was extremely comfortable and clean. Both rooms had large screen TVs. Also the sofa in the living room was so comfortable you almost didn't want to get up. The hotel offers delicious and varied breakfast and dinner. Additionally, hotel's gym, pool and spa services were top class. We had a good time with the pool and the nearby hiking activities. All the staff, especially manager, were extremely attentive, they showed interest like a family business. Thank you for that. I would like to stay again and recommend it to everyone."

"Un gran albergue juvenil, habitaciones en el tranquilo área familiar. La limpieza, sobre todo en el baño, deja de desear, aquí estaba en parte la cocina en las paredes. Teníamos la pena que dos grandes grupos estaban en la casa desde lunes. Desafortunadamente, el personal de la recepción no nos ha informado de que las familias también tienen la posibilidad de tomar el desayuno/la cena en el lugar de estancia. Esto no se nos dio a conocer hasta el segundo día en que los jefes de grupo nos echaron de la sala de comida, que estaba totalmente reservada para ellos. Hay que felicitar a la comida, aquí se ofrece principalmente bioalimentos, sobre todo la selección de pan es genial, todo es muy delicioso. Desgraciadamente, el canalizador está en toda la casa, sobre todo en las lluvias."

"The hotel looks very nice from the outside. It’s located in the middle of the village, and you can reach every destination from there. Our room was clean and spacious. They got a strange policy that you can chose not to have your room cleaned for environmental reasons. I’m familiar to have an option for not changing your towels, but not to leave out the whole room. The staff responsible for breakfast and the restaurant is overwhelmed with their tasks. A lot of running around that results in disappointing service. There’re better options available for a better price. The management is arrogant and didn’t give me the feeling that I was a welcome guest. When addressing the room cleaning policy issue, we received an arrogant and rude answer. I’m not paying to get insulted."
