"When we arrived at the inn, the front desk staff greeted us in an elegant and pleasant manner. We were served matcha green tea and sweets in the lobby, and first relaxed before being shown to our room. The building is old but has good taste, and the ornamental plants in the building are well maintained. The room was also well-cleaned, and we were able to relax very comfortably. The food was elegantly presented, but I ended up leaving half of my rice pot. I had a little more than I'd ordered, but was very satisfied. The restaurant staff were all smiling and neat. The same person greeted us at the front desk when we checked out, so it was good to be able to express my gratitude. I was also happy to receive the chopsticks as a souvenir.
