"When I checked in they charged me even though the room was paid for already. They need to clean the whole hotel because it was dirty!  I called the night before I checked out to ask for a late check out and I was told to call back in the morning. When I called the next morning I was told I could not have a late check out because house keeping was already on the floor. P.S. they have signs in the breakfast area stating that you can not take food back to the room."

"The room was supposed to be non-smoking but reeked of smoke. Bathroom sink had cigarette burns in it. Bed was suppose to be a queen but was a full size. Bathroom sink stopper wouldn’t open to drain. Toilet seat was barely attached. Bath towel had a decent sized hole in it. No hand towels. I arrived after 10pm so I had to use a phone in the foyer that disconnected me twice before getting to a real person to come down from the second floor to let me into the lobby and check me in.   I have stayed at other Extended Stay Americas but I will not come back to this one."

"La habitación tenía que no fumar, pero se había vuelto a fumar. La cama tenía que ser una reina, pero era de tamaño completo. La habitación no estaba abierta a la drenaje. La silla de baño apenas estaba atacado. La toalla de baño tenía un agujero decente en ella. No hay toallas de mano. llegué después de las 10:00, así que tuve que usar un teléfono en el hogar que me desconectó dos veces antes de llegar a una persona real para bajar del segundo piso para dejarme entrar en el lobby y comprobarme. He permanecido en otras Américas de estacionamiento extendido, pero no volveré a esto."

"Nos aparecimos a las 4:00 hn después de que comenzó el check-in a las 3:00 y tuvimos que esperar más de media hora para que se prepararan una habitación. No habían comprobado a los clientes anteriores de su habitación, cuando se fueron, lo que parece escéptico, ya que hay una tarifa de checkout tardía. La cama estaba cubierta de tintas amarillas y tuvimos que conseguir una cama nueva. Nunca he completado su revisión, pero he recibido un aviso de correo electrónico esperando por nuestra habitación gracias por mi revisión de 5 estrellas."
