"We were on the journey with the car to visit from here from Stockholm. The place is well suited for this: The train station is ca.800m away, the train reaches Stockholm city centre after an hour without switching (price H/R for adults about €10, departure every 30min. ) Compared to camping on one of the Stockholm "City" campings, we were better lifted here and also cheaper. The place was empty in mid-August to 2/3, some of the residents were after our observation permanent campers working in Nynäshamn. There is a public beach, the space is not limited. The slopes that you see on pictures are also public and cost for space users 65 SEK per 2h-Slot. In general, the place is quite useful, but not a typical holiday camping. Our only contact with the staff was at the reception, the lady was very friendly, helpful and competent. The infrastructure is OK, there are only mixed showers and toilets as well as 2 good family baths. A restaurant at the place is not part of Firstcamp, but is directly accessible and well for a fast food. There are Burgers, sauces, Kebab and pizza. The place is located in a small golf, which is overloaded to the left and right by residential blocks. Nynäshamn is mainly the ferry port and residential place, tourism does not seem to be a focus. Concluded: Good and quite safe place for a quick stop."
