湖景房實際上並沒有窗，有一扇後門到花園 湖景其實不大，花園挺好的 最難以忍受的是噪音，旁邊有個酒吧會喧囂到半夜，根本無法入睡 服務人員都很盡心，滿分

環境很好，在一個小山頂，位置不是中心位置，差不多要打車到鎮中心。空氣絕佳，湖景可以看到很美的景色。酒店是管家服務。

一次非常愉快的住宿！沒有前台check in ，直接管家幫你辦理好帶入房間。房間用的鑰匙真的是木質🔑！就是熱水不太穩定，洗一會會冷下來。游泳池室內的，可惜晚上六點後就不開了

We stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed our experience at the hotel. The accommodation has only 6 bedrooms as it’s an old converted house so the place can be a little loud at times when it’s full. The overall hotel is very clean, cosy and has very friendly staff who were very attentive. A special thanks to Jim Thomas, Upul, Soyza and the team for making our stay pleasant! The food at the hotel has all been very nice. We arranged a cooking class here which was a nice experience too. WiFi connection was good enough to work from.

Highly recommend w15 hotel, all the facilities are amazing, room is super clean, ( lake view , chill weather with Sri Lankan breakfast I never ever forget my entire life ) don’t forget to eat a local foods because food is so delicious Also I never forget the staff they given me great service , specially Mr Upul, lakshan, shimal and other all of them, my big hug for yaaa all . W15 Lake Gregory is a very special place to enjoy Nuwara Eliya and was our chosen luxury spot to relax and recharge during our 2 week travels around Sri Lanka. From the delicious herbal tea with honey and hot towels on arrival, to the gorgeous toiletries and loose tea selection in the bedroom. There were so many unexpected generous touches. The bedroom is spacious and the bed is large and luxurious. It gets cold at night in Nuwara Eliya and there was a ‘fire’/ electric heater which was a really nice touch. The bathroom is enormous with a walk-in shower. Temperature & water pressure were ideal. The hotel is small (think luxury guesthouse vibes) and the service is sublime. Warm & personal yet utterly professional. A big thank you to our butler Lakishan & exec manager Jim for how well we were looked after. Finally the gardens are beautiful - perfectly manicured and full of hydrangeas and agapanthus framing a view of lake Gregory and the surrounding town. We feel totally recharged and revitalised. This was a stay to remember.

Amazing hotel, even better than the pictures! Kind and nice staff. A rich breakfast and also an excellent dinner. Definitely a place I would like to return to. It is important to note that there may be festivals on weekends and there will be loud music until the night

Lovely stay! Quaint hotel overlooking Lake Gregory. The view is breathtaking and the hotel is gorgeous. The staff are excellent and make sure your every request is met. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. And don't miss breakfast in the garden. Highly recommend.

Wonderful boutique hotel by the lake with fantastic and attentive bulter service. Spacious, unique rooms with large bathroom and amenities. Nice decor with spacious common area for friends to gather to chat and play games or just relax and chill. Beautiful patio facing the well-maintained garden and lake where breakfasts are served. Indoor heated pool on property. High tea can be arranged for special occasions. We really enjoyed our 2 night stay and would love to return again!

Had a wonderful stay at W15 Gregory Lake! We reached late - around 10:30 in the night - but the reception was as warm as it could be. We were also treated to a freshly prepared dinner almost in the middle of the night. Shimal and Haritha took care of all our requirements during the stay. The rooms are squeaky clean, stuffed with all the luxuries and had a fabulous view of the lake. Manohar, the Chef, prepared excellent meals all through. Overall it was a fabulous family stay and I would recommend it strongly!!

Awesome view with great food and service Came to NuweraEliya for Christmas and decided to explore the food scene and so very happy we found this place Did not stay here but went around and checked the place out and the rooms and ambience and as superb and has a heated pool to boot Planning to stay a few days here in our next visit Special thanks to Chef Manoharan for preparing us an excellent lunch Please do try the chicken cordon bleu and his bread pudding The best brown roll was the best we have had Also a very special thanks to Lakshan his service was excellent and made us at home Will be back

We loved our stay here - wish it had been longer. The hotel is the most beautiful setting on a hillside with far reaching views across the lake and away from the traffic packed centre. It has an olde world charm about it. The food was delicious. Breakfast on the terrace in the sunshine was a highlight but the real standout was the service - just impeccable. Nothing was too much trouble, Jim and the team were fantastic.
