Llegamos a las 8:00 a.m., no hay nadie en la recepción, sólo una máquina de la puerta, puede entrar. Hemos buscado por la puerta mucho tiempo para llamar al servicio de clientes, después de que él me dijo la contraseña, tratamos de operar, pero puede que el tiempo sea demasiado temprano, sólo en unos 4 grados, No se puede detectar varias veces, no puede probarlo todo el tiempo, esperar a que la máquina se ponga a disposición alrededor de 1-2 minutos para volver a probar, finalmente lo probó muchas veces, finalmente lo logró (gracias al Señor). Este hotel debe ser gestionado de manera familiar, separado por dos barras, una puerta de una puerta está al lado de la puerta, y otra puerta está perdida tras entrar en el restaurante. Puntuación admirable: la habitación es limpia y es mayor que otros hoteles. Aunque no hay mucho comida, todo lo que necesitas es bueno, el sabor es bueno.

Las habitaciones son pequeñas, el desayuno es normal y la higiene de los hoteles alemanes está bien. Pero estaba organizado en una pequeña habitación al lado de la recepción. Era muy ruidoso temprano en la mañana y no descansaba bien. El hotel es similar al Express o Hanting nacional de 7 días. Para ser honesto, no volvería a elegir este. Las fotos del hotel no son nada para publicar, publique una hermosa vista de la campiña alemana para aliviar el estado de ánimo depresivo.

El hotel está en una zona industrial, no hay instalaciones cómodas para vivir en el borde, hay estacionamiento gratuito, apto para vehículos autónomos. Las instalaciones del hotel no están mal, las habitaciones son amplias y cuentan con equipamiento de cocina sencillo

We are experienced in traveling both for business and pleasure! The location is exellent for shopping but nothing more! We got the most out of the experience, had a good time together, spend a lot less time and money at the hotel than usually, as I must say this was a quite disappointing experience and an expensive one too. On the good side: The hotel is located close to the shops and hotel has free parking. The late arrival with no staff works great! The ugly: Usually I would give the hotel a chance to comment before a review, but during the stay we gave the hotel several chances to fix for the many mistakes. We had specifically asked and paid for an Atelier room in our booking and one of the several phone calls and dialogue we had prior to arrival was to make sure we got the right room. We got an old studio located on the first floor, no openness to fix this at front desk at all so we put on a smile and got the best out of it. We booked a dinner reservation weeks ago for 7pm, the front desk did not know about it, but apparently fixed this! When we got to the restaurant, we got the same table as another family with kids and with no social distancing. Asked for a different table, plenty free, or to sit at the bar, come back later, but no! The cozy romantic dinner turned into rushing through courses with kids at the table meals arriving before drinks etc. And the 4 course meal with welcome drink turned into 3 course meal without! The compensation of free limocellos (which we was not asked if we would like) did not add up for it. And with hair in main course we just wanted the dinner to end sooner than later! Next time we will go for the half price options and other hotels in the area located just as good or simply choose to stay at the excellent 3 and 4 star hotels at Stuttgart! We will absolutely not be back. And why is that: we felt that if you are a non German, you will be treated 2. And the attitudes of some staff members are not for the service business.

If you have an early morning flight to the airport, this hotel is the best choice. it is located directly across from Terminal 1. Room size is nice and is very clean. I have small critic points though. The sauna is closed due to covid. please list this on website. if you are arriving there via public transportation, you have to walk long set of stairs to get in. This is despite there is being side entrance which gives access to the registration. it is locked with only access from inside. I had to access the hotel via the main entrance and let my wife and daughter in. Very inconvenient if you alone. No one to stay with the luggage.

Buen servicio, moderno y agradable hotel, muy cerca del aeropuerto y las salas de convenciones. Fantástica ubicación y muy buena relación calidad-precio

Hemos estado aquí para Musical una noche en este maravilloso hotel. Las habitaciones son grandes, muy limpias y todo está muy bien alineado en color. En cuanto al personal, sólo podemos estar de acuerdo con muchos prescriptores, realmente muy amables, previos y útiles. ¡No importa si la recepción o el desayuno, le dan a la invitada la sensación de que queremos que te vaya bien aquí, eres importante para nosotros! Y eso es lo que rara vez hemos visto en otros hoteles, maravilloso! También podemos conectar el desayuno buffet, como muchos han descrito antes, muy variado, gran selección, simplemente maravilloso. ¡Podemos recomendar este hotel muy bien! ¡Fue un buen lugar aquí y, en la próxima visita musical, reservaremos otra vez aquí!

I stayed here as part of a business trip for 2 nights. The hotel itself was very nicely decorated. The staff member who checked us in (Lyubomir Ivanov) was very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The room was a good size and also nicely decorated. The mirror however was in a strange place – right next to the door and not by the dressing table which was a bit awkward. The bathroom was lovely and the shower was large. The do provide an all in one shower-bodywash, and a hairdryer is in the room. The TV was big and had a variety of channels. There was some issues with the window that few in our party had trouble with. You cannot open it, you need to get a member of staff too, even though it only opens a little, and then ask them to close it too. There was also unfortunately no kettle. They provided you with one small bottle of sparkling water (in a double bedroom 2 would have been better). The bed was comfortable however I did find it strange having 2 separate duvets on a double bed. There is also NO SAFE. Overall comfortable but a kettle would have been appreciated for boiling water. Breakfast was ok. A selection of teas, coffee and some juices. No cooked food. A few cereals and the yoghurt/fruit was nice. Disappointed there was no hot food, and there was only rolls of bread (no toaster), and a few croissants – that were not replenished. For the number of guests there, especially on our second morning, I would have hoped more would have been supplied and maybe even a bigger variety of pastries. There is NO BAR here – drinks and snacks from a vending machine are available, (‘wine’, beer, soft drinks, prosecco and a couple of spirits with mixers). However this was not restocked, but when we did ask at reception and Lyubomir restocked it straight away and said we could pay for a few warm ones now whilst we wait, with a bucket of ice, which was very kind. Very annoying that the tea/coffee machine had no teabags by it throughout our stay, so paying for a hot water – I was lucky I had my own teabags! Also, what I found strange was the lift you could only access your floor or the ground floor with your keycard. This was to avoid customers going on other floors. A bit of a pain if you are staying on a separate floor to your travel companion and have forgotten something, so have to go to the ground floor, meet up and then go back to your room! There is also have a pool table you can use. Also, to presumably cut staff costs – there is 1 to 2 people available on check-in – and they leave the hotel by 11pm. After that there are no staff available. Overall the room was nice, staff were friendly and it is a short walk from a couple of restaurants. However due to the lack of a bar, lack of staff availability and breakfast not being the best, I wouldn’t stay here again for more than 1 night.
