Positive: While we were waiting for our room to be ready, we were served with complementary fresh juice, and later on with Moroccan tea. The location is great because it is right next to a mall, so you have a lot of options to eat, shop and also an option for currency exchange. Taxis were readily available from the front of the hotel. It is also close to the train station, Casa Voyageurs. After we complained about the breakfast on our second day, the next day breakfast was good and back to normal. We could leave the luggage at the hotel on our checkout day. Staff was friendly and cooperative throughout our stay. Special shout out goes to Ummaimah, Mariam, Fahad and Reeta. They also offered us complementary tea after we checked out and while we waited in the lobby. Negative: We had to wait 10-12 minutes before our room was ready, and this was already within the check-in timings (we arrived around 15:40). I would expect the room to be ready when I arrive. The breakfast experience at the second day was bad because we had to wait 20-25 minutes before we could eat anything as everything was finished (we arrived for breakfast at 09:45). Kitchen staff was either very less or too slow to meet the requirements of the guests, which were not many when we arrived. Whenever we made a request, it was entertained, but we had to chase them for it. Toiletries were below average.

Estaba en un apartamento de un estudio decente de tamaño, que estaba equipado con cocina. Ofreciendo una vista al puerto. Muy cómodo cama y cocina. Muy limpio, sin puntos / inmaculado en realidad cuando se trata de limpieza. A su lado hay un hotel que alberga un agradable bar. El lugar ideal para pasar una hora o dos después de un viaje en Casablanca. El bar ofrece una amplia gama de bebidas y comidas. The staff there are equally very friendly and professional. I've had the pleasure meeting Mohammed and Hatim, who have been looking for me. All in all a very pleasant place to stay if you're in Casa. This hotel is deceptive. The ground floor and lobby is quite nice but the other floors and the rooms are not. The beds were clean and comfortable, the room was decent, and the shower was nice. I did see what looked like a blood stain on the bathroom wall though. The breakfast was good and had eggs, sausage, beans, sweet and other bread and rolls, coffee, hot chocolate, orange juice, chicken, slices, and cheese available. It's located right on a tram line and taxis are going by so the time, yet it's a relatively quiet street. That's the good news, now for the bad. Most of the electrical outlets in the room did not work. The rooms let in all the noise from the hallway and you can hear phones ringing etc. the elevator buttons on each floor don't always work to summon the elevator. There is no safe in the room, and I felt like we needed one. The wifi stopped working often and was quite slow at times. The tap water is not drinkable. The orange juice at the buffet breakfast tasted a bit like Tang. Although cheap, I don't know that it was worth the price.

- Location: Near downtown Casablanca, within walking distance of Massira Bvd. and the Kenzi Towers. The Moh V stadium is not far so expect some crowding when there is a football match but nothing disturbing. There are many restaurants in the surroundings : French, Korean, Turkish, Lebanese, Pizza & Fast-food, etc. If you are willing to stay longer and want to cook, there is a carrefour market, a butcher and some grocery stores next to the hotel. - Room: I had a great small flat with a living room, a bedroom, a kitchenette and a bathroom. It is modern, organised and well decorated, clean and tidy. The kitchenette is well equipped, just be careful not to leave sweet food on the counter or you will be invaded by ants. There are many practical storage spaces in the bedroom and the living room, so even if you bring heavy luggage, there is enough space to feel comfortable. - Rooftop : Cosy space to chill out on sunny days and spring/summer nights (Too cold in winter). - Other services : A convenient and free underground parking lot (-1 & -2), two small fitness rooms (-1 & +1) the one in the first floor is just for cardio, the other has a bench and some basic dumbbells. A laundry in floor 0 (extra 60 MAD/machine and 30 MAD/Dryer), the wifi is good. - Staff : They are the highlight and the backbone of this appart hotel. They are professional, helpful, kind, lovely and always smiling. Wether at the lobby, the rooftop, the parking or the room service, this team is wonderful. They made my 2 months stay literally a 'Home trip'.. They deserve all the Best from Accor. - Summary : Whether for a short or a long stay, personal or for business, go there with confidence. I highly recommend.

The condition of this hotel is the worst I have seen in the past 30 years! Customer service / Receptionist We came all the way from Chefchaouen and our driver couldn’t find the hotel. When we contacted the hotel, the receptionist didn’t want to give the address without my booking number from Booking.com. I explained that we booked directly, but he said he didn’t have a direct booking from us either. Finally he explained our driver where it was. Upon arrival I was asking him about the unpleasant and unwelcoming phone conversation we had and he simply said ‘you are here now”. He is clearly not fit for the job or in any other customer service role. Room 614 had a lot wear and tear and is not well maintained. Scratches all over the walls, floor pieces chipped, sliding door to the outside terrace couldn’t be locked, skirting heavily damaged, curtains not in good condition, dusty and were not able to hang properly. Worst of all was the state of the bathroom! They told us the hotel was build in 2016, but can’t believe this is true as it looks more like 1986. All was dirty and full of mold, see photos! The manager promised she would do something about the bathroom, but instead we got offered a different room which we didn’t accept. In our country we could never have a hotel open with such a bad and unhygienic circumstances!! Also the corridors, lift and restaurant area (chairs, bar & tables) were dirty. The people from the F&B department were very kind, helpful, friendly and well trained. Special thanks goes to Hamza, the guy who served the entire restaurant on his own in the evening.
