Looks ok on the outside. Front desk service was good. Convenient location to Weeki Wachee Park. Inside very disappointing for the price (over $100 per night). Carpet dirty, air smelled like dog covered by deodorizer ... awful oder to breathe all night. Bathroom floor nasty. Weak breakfast bar. Walls thin to neighboring sounds.

Old hotel. Rooms are clean and recently repainted. The bed was excellent the bathrooms should be remodeled. Good price for a one night stay. Very close to the mermaid show and every restaurant you can think of. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Checking in was easy .. the staff is very nice and professional.. the breakfast was also great.. but the downside is the rooms are so outdated and dirty looking.. the bedspreads are so old and should be replaced.. the chairs are so filthy I can’t even imagine someone would sit on them.. this hotel has potential but it will never have high ratings unless they get with it and freshen up their rooms😕

Good location. Some traffic noise. Close to venues were interested in and provided all our wants and needs. Highly recommended. Reasonable rates confident and competent staff. Great breakfast choices. Overall good.

The hotel needed a complete update! The rug was falling apart, the door to bathroom was filthy. We had a cockroach and bugs In The room. The bed was like a board extremely hard. The mattress needed to be replaced. On a positive note it was a quiet area and the breakfast was good.

This hotel needs to be condemned! I have never had such horrible experience in my entire life I fell in the tub on my crown of my head almost broke my neck and had to go to emergency that morning the man Muhammad gave me an excuse for a totally unexcusable hotel that needs to be shut down as quickly as possible to save people's lives this place is a horrible disgusting disgrace it has bugs there were no room keys and I almost killed myself now I'm going to have to hire an attorney after going to visit my son for 5 days in Florida!!!

I rented two rooms , both had roaches . One of the rooms toilet was like sitting on a rocking chair. It wasn’t secured down . The pool was closed for under construction. It looked as if it was closed for awhile. In the pictures we saw on line the pool looked nice , far from it . Is that false advertising ? The one room smelled like smoke , none of us smoke . The doors from the closet fell off twice . The entrance door barely locked . There were bug ( roaches in the light in the bathroom .The breakfast wasn’t the greatest either , things were cold ( eggs) , the waffle maker didn’t work properly . This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in . The staff was nice . That’s about it .

Our two day stay was as expected for a hotel in this price range. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Room was basic with a small bathroom. Pet friendly which was nice since we had our dog with us.
