Check in was good.
Room AC were hot. 1 room had noisy AC, although the technician tried to fix it but didn’t make much difference.
I booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids. The room only had 2 large towels (no hand/face towels) so I asked for extra towels for the kids but housekeeping said there were charges for extra towels. Exchanging wet towels was the other option. It was a huge minus for me. Please note that families with KIDS wash hands dozens of times a day…
Breakfast menu was very standard in taste and variety.
Slide was scary in my opinion. Either the slide surface or too little water, even small kids had trouble sliding down
Thankfully they had face painting and balloon shaping on Sunday. That was the memorable part for the kids

A very strategic location in Ancol. There is a free shuttle bus service to roam around in Ancol. We went to Bird Park, Seaworld and Samudra. The hotel is very clean, variety of breakfast menu selection, friendly staff and breathtaking view. My children enjoyed free face painting and balloons they got there. Overall, we had an amazing experience staying here!

Before our stay tried to contact the hotel whether there is a QR to enter Ancol. Emailed and called them but to no avail. Upon checked in was told that they dont cover the entrance fees so everything we go out and come in again we have to pay.
Booked for triple pax, but request for another towel was told by the front desk they can only provide 2 towels per room and it’s their policy. Was ask to pay a additional 30k for the 3rd towel. How ridiculous. Went down to the lobby and confronted the reception and was told that he has spoke to the manager and will get somebody to sent the towel to my room without charge.
During check out, peak period hotel lock the rest of lift and left only 1 lift operating, resulting to long waiting of left.

Fantastis Hotel ,Clean and Beautiful. Have been here couple of times with family and we love it , specially kids. Very Near to Dufan and other attraction .Delicious Breakfastt but Hotel need to change Menu regularly as we got bore with same menu everyday for a week. We got an upgrade on room , Thanks to front reception team . We shall come back again soon.

The room was spacious enough. The bed was comfortable, big (king size) , good breakfast & service, good location.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. One major issue was the entrance gate fee — we were required to pay each time we entered or exited the hotel, even though we were hotel guests. This fee should have been a one-time payment or waived for staying guests.
The cleanliness was below expectations, and despite the hotel being recently renovated, it still felt very old and worn down. The room and balcony were not clean, and certainly not up to 5-star standards.
The receptionist’s attitude was very unwelcoming and unhelpful. Every time we asked a question, the answer was dismissive, often telling us that everything was closed — no restaurant, no nearby supermarket — even though we arrived late due to a delayed flight and were simply looking for basic options. Everything seemed to close very early, around 9:30 PM, which was quite inconvenient.
Overall, I regret booking this hotel and hope they work on improving their service, hospitality, and facilities if they aim to be a true 5-star experience

Stayed 2D1N as I was attending a concert nearby. The hotel isn't the most luxurious or memorable, but it does the job—clean room, decent bed, and a convenient location. Check-in was smooth, and staff were polite. Don’t expect bells and whistles, but if you’re just looking for a place to crash after a busy day out, this works just fine.

Hotel people are so nice to help us and really appreciate all their support. Thank you so much.
Room is nice and close to the beach and some attractions, but you need to pay for a ticket to enter this area whenever you come back to the hotel.

When I checked in, the receptionist said that the room that I booked is on maintenance so they offered me the bigger room with bath tub. Say that I’m ungrateful but, this room didn’t have balcony and sea view meanwhile the room that I booked has balcony and sea view. That’s the reason I go to this hotel to see the sea. So it’s disappointing. The breakfast also bland and lack of variety.
