When booking, we had shared all booking IDs as we were 4 couples with young kids and each had booked their own room. All IDs were shared with Ms. Priyanka. We clearly had asked if there was a wedding group, we will not book the rooms, but we were assured that there is no wedding group booking. We were even holding parallel reservation at another Hyatt hotel which we cancelled as Grand Hyatt was a preferred property. And then as soon as we landed we came to know that there was a wedding group at the property. As a family and leisure traveller, you do not wish to be barging into a wedding party when you want a quiet time. Then the check-in experience was messed up as rooms were not allotted together after relaying the information more than 45 days in advance. When rooms were allotted they gave a twin bed room instead of king bed. A basic no view room was allotted instead of bay view as was booked. The amount of time spent in changing the room took aways more than 3 hours of time on day of arrival and kids did not get time to go to the pool at all. They were disappointed as they could not go to the beach or the pool that evening. They did upgrade one room to a suite but in a group of 4 families it is not helpful as to pick who would stay in the suite, so the gesture wasnt very helpful. After getting in touch with Mr. Aditya Bhanwar (Director of Rooms) through a contact we were next day again shifted to another block which was supposed to be away from the wedding party but the wedding party was occupying area near the pool with loud music which was a bummer. Next day the Asst. ***ager Ms. Zuvaria still messed up on shifting process and when we had asked assistance on the restaurant, she again created confusion wasting over an hour without any reason. The feedback was relayed to Mr. Aditya and ***ager Mr. Gaurav. When rooms were shifted, they mixed up the rooms as well. The reception staff seemed so confused, it looked like they were only trying to handle the wedding group and that they were not at all bothered about the individual / leisure traveller. We have been to other bigger properties that handle groups much more effectively keeping leisure and group travellers distant, but things here werent very great. Only relief was the bar as we have some cocktails and bartender Aavi made us some good drinks.

Sí, tenemos una maravillosa experiencia con su servicio de hotel.Estamos satisfechos con su desayuno, servicio de habitaciones y servicios como calefacción, nevera, etc y seguridad. Especialmente su ubicación del hotel buena y cerca de la playa. Seguramente visitaremos de nuevo su hotel.

We rested at the hotel in January 2023.Delicious Indian-style breakfast, but not spicy, beautiful grounds, very convenient to go to the beach and very friendly and tidy staff.I especially want to mention the reception manager Anita, who solved all our problems with understanding and attention.We will definitely come back again!

Elegimos este hotel para estar tranquilos y seguros disfrutando en Goa ,ha resultado ser todo lo contrario y dias de angustia porque ademas pedimos la cancelacion y nos la denegaron con malas caras a diario, empezamos con el aire acondicionado apagado en todas las zonas comunes, comedor (lleno de mosquitos por esto) , hall, gimnasio, un calor insufrible pero lo peor que esto con la humedad de la zona hace que el hotel esté infestado de mosquitos y lo que conyeva el PELIGRO DE CONTAGIO DE DENGE,. Buffet muy limitado ; no conviene coger cenar porque son 5 cuencos de comida solo hindu picante y salsas y como mucho unos macarrones , de postre muy limitado un día sacaron solo una tarta (que les sobraría de la pastelería) del recinto y sin fruta ni más opciones. El primer dia de cena en el.comedor había gente de la calle viendo un partido y bebiendo alcohol parecía un motel la verdad , ah ! En el comedor ventiladores de pie sin enchufar el aire. Gimnasio básico y pequeño. Piscina igual de gimnasio. Solo quiero decir que el personal de comedor fue muy atento ellos no tienen culpa de la mala gestión y baja calidad para no llegar a ser un Holiday Inn 5 estrellas.

Taj es el mejor en todos los servicios. Visitamos Taj Holiday para nuestro aniversario y nuestra estadía fue excelente. El desayuno fue increíble y tenía muchas variedades. Taj es el mejor hotel en la hospitalidad. El hotel Saily nos ayudó mucho, nos ha mejorado nuestra habitación a un Cottage y nos ha dado un complimentar aniversario de la Pastry y nos ha decorado nuestra habitación. También hemos visitado y disfrutado de la propiedad Taj Fort Aguada como su acceso desde el Taj Holiday Village Resort, la propiedad es increíble y tiene vistas tranquilas y hermosas a la playa. Gracias Taj por su increíble servicio y hospitalidad. Nos vemos pronto.

The highest standard service!!! The best breakfasts and dinners , as foreigners we could try the local cousine which is awesome!! The staff is super friendly and helpful. We really appreciated their hospitality so that we decided to extend our stay. It’s a 4 star ⭐️ hotel however thanks to its staff’s approach for me it should be ranked as 5 ☺️ Everything was clean and I felt taken care of. I definitely recommend staying at this property! You won’t regret it!
