I didn’t get the room I asked for and had to switch rooms because the air conditioner in the room they gave me wasn’t working. So that was an inconvenience!

Booked this hotel for the room sizes and it’s proximity to Manhattan for a vacation with a family of 6. Booked blindly and completely unfamiliar with the area. Hotel is close in mileage but there is always some traffic getting through the tunnels into Manhattan. Hotel is off a very fast and busy street. There’s an Italian? Restaurant next door with great reviews but not very affordable. And I think there’s a Wendy’s a block down or so which was walkable. The rooms are dated but were clean! Tv was old but it worked fine with only minor interruptions. Bring an hdmi cord and a laptop to stream your own stuff. Everything looked well kept in the room, they need to spend some time refinishing the bath tub but everything was great. I think it is run by a family and I love that.

The area where the hotel located it’s very poor and dirty I had to walk there by myself at 6 pm and the area was super scary I wasn’t feeling comfortable walking there. And people on the street were looking at me the whole way i was super scared . I don’t recommend you to walk there just book an Uber directly to the hotel

So when I got there, it was nice and peaceful. The lady at the desk told us the tvs were not working, which should’ve been a red flagged but I continued my stay there. After going up, the door to our room made a noise every time it opened and closed and the curtains were broken so we could not close them. Overall, this hotel needs some work, as things were broken, breakfast was eh at best. Personally, I wouldn’t come back here even if it is cheap.

Clean enough, quiet, and relatively comfortable. The beds were not the most comfortable I've ever slept on, and the place could use a facelift. Overall, you get what you pay for. It was fine for the price and met my needs!

Handling of our reservation was unprofessional. It took 75 minutes to check in because what we reserved they said was unavailable. We requested a refund, called ******* and then they made what we reserved available. The hotel has poor business practices, they were very unknowledgeable of how to handle issues, and to a degree were dishonest. For days they had no television service. They had no sign to tell customers but waited until they got into their rooms for them to find out. Further, we had a 12 noon check out due to the earlier inconvenience, and at 11:10 am, someone overrides the lock and enters the room. Our phone, which did not work to call out, worked to call in, asking when we are leaving. Again, a very unprofessional site and we challenge you ******* to better vet the sites you offer on your site. We have had numerous bad experiences recently and we now see you as the common denominator. This location had a 9.0 rating, where the rating should be more of a 2-3.

The room was very small, but that is what one expects in New York. The bathroom had no heat source. We had closed the door to keep the light out, so in the morning it was like ice. The wall-to-wall windows were magnificent. Staff were very helpful.
