Location: the hotel is centrally located in Norrköping. Filmstaden with restaurants is less than a minute away. There is parking available in the Filmstaden parking structure. Check-in: the receptionist on duty was friendly and helpful. Room: the room was fairly dated and was overlooked by nearby apartments. The corridors at the hotel are dark and depressing. The room and bathroom were clean and that was a positive. The room was boiling hot despite there being a fan and us opening the windows when it cooled down outside. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was good. Breakfast: a fairly standard Swedish hotel breakfast down in the basement. We still had to sign up for a time to have breakfast despite all Covid measures being dropped months earlier in Sweden. Wifi: perfectly adequate complimentary wifi. Overall: would we stay again? Yes, depending on the price. The location is excellent for exploring the city on foot.

Average stay for the cost and our purpose for the evening. Sweet staff and not to loud music in the bar area. You could talk to your partner without shouting. Small but cozy rooms, much appreciated. One downside was the size on the shower but I’m a fan of bigger spaces when I have a shower.

Nos quedamos en el piso superior (7/F) con vistas a la iglesia y una plaza. La habitación es limpia y el tubo es grande. El desayuno es bueno con una variedad de pan y frutas frescas. También puedes hacer tus propios mini panqueques. La ubicación es perfecta en el centro de la ciudad, cerca de la estación de tren. Hay muchos restaurantes y bares sushi cerca. En el piso del hotel hay un pub donde se puede coger una cerveza a unos 90 rpm. Esta es mi segunda estancia en este hotel.

We arrived late from Kolmården Park and had a warm welcome. Our room was clean but rather small, however, there was a kind greetings from the staff of the hotel waiting for us. We had dinner at the restaurant and it worked out well. Hotel was easy to find by car and they have free parking, which is great. A special note on breakfast, which was sufficient for us and very well organised! They had enough staff to collect dishes and clean tables, and that is unusual nowadays in hotels! Even the room was full of families, the atmosphere seemed rather calm, because the organisation of the breakfast worked so well.

Buena ubicación en la periferia de la ciudad. Se encuentra rápidamente en el bello centro de la ciudad con tiendas y muchos restaurantes. Un cuarto conveniente, más pequeño, buffet de desayuno bueno con tiempo de espera porque no está idealmente construido (recuerda una calle de la casilla). El concepto de la Barcepción funciona bien. Todo está bien en general, pero en cuanto a decoración de habitaciones (luz), algo sobrecargado y mezclado.

Estaba allí para trabajar después de una excursión muy exhaustiva en la India. Hotel Staff fue muy respetable no me molestó, pero al mismo tiempo siempre estaba disponible cuando necesito ayuda. Las habitaciones son super cocientes y te llevarán de vuelta en el tiempo con el decorado de la vintage. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. La playa hizo que mi estancia fuera mucho menos estresada y cansada que temía ser.

Parar de trabajar en este hotel durante una semana, la ubicación del hotel no es mala, el embarque del canal, la tienda en la accesibilidad de los peatones, y un par más. De los desventajas: Sin aparcamiento en el hotel, HOLDER(un sentimiento que se da desde el día anterior) Hay una microonda y platos para cenar.

La habitación era muy buena, el desayuno y la cocina. El hombre que nos saludó como el contable parecía que quería estar en cualquier otro lugar, pero allí, con Apple AirPods en sus oídos y un vistazo a su cara que no estaba bienvenido. Charming Boutique Hotel! The only reason I have rated Service as Good is because our experience at the Lamp Hotel started off on the wrong foot, thanks to Cecelia behind the front desk. Our initial conversation with her was so awkward and rude, we just looked at each other shocked that she was so unprofessional:( She was so rude to us upon entering the hotel. We politely asked if we could try to check in early. She looked us up and down head to toe with such an off putting attitude and did not even reciprocate in conversation when we asked other questions. Another couple came into the lobby right after us, and she immediately shifted her conversation to them, leaving us standing there speechless, as she began a conversation with them in Swedish. We had arrived so tired, but so excited, as my friend had already stayed at The Lamp Hotel, and had filled me in on how great the hotel was. Cecelia was not warm or friendly to us from the get go, nor accommodating to even offer to take our luggage to store until check in. We had to ask her to do this for us, and my friend literally had to ask her her name about 2 times, before she would acknowledge her question or look in our direction as we asked her questions. We had just traveled 9 hours by flight from the US, and her attitude and personality was not welcoming in any way. We thought we had made a huge mistake booking at the Lamp because of her. We were so glad we did not have to see her again during our whole stay. She was terrible and needs training on empathy, people skills, and basic hospitality. She may not be the best option for behind the front desk as the first point of contact for your hotel. Now once we got past this terrible welcome, we enjoyed our stay so much. The hotel and rooms were gorgeous. The rest of the staff were lovely. The entire hotel is clean, sexy and wonderful! The location is wonderful, the lobby is so chic. The spa is GREAT. The bathrooms are spacious and lovely. I enjoyed my picture window, the tasteful decor and all little details. Housekeeping is PERFECTION. I did breakfast each morning and the kitchen and staff there are INCREDIBLE. They all deserve raises. They were hustling, serving, cleaning, and just a vision of unity and of how to run a kitchen:) The way they all worked and got on so well with each other, was so nice to see. Overall, besides our rude welcome thanks to Cecelia, I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and WOULD stay again. I plan to go back and stay with my husband when we visit Sweden later this year.
