Very clean room, equipped with refrigerator, iron, hair dryer and hot shower in the room.Walking distance to 7-11 just beside the hotel.Good service was given by the staff. Highly recommended.

Been stayed at this residence for 3days cause the concert from MCC hall. It only took 3min by bike to the mall.

Decent hotel but it’s a residence building. You will hear airplane flying over in the middle of the night. The hotel also don’t provide toilet papers.

Great spot for a layover stay. My brother and I enjoyed it very much — comfortable rooms, welcoming staff, and an overall relaxing experience that made the long journey much easier.

Everything was superb and very muslim friendly accomodation, got kiblah sign as well. And all foods and drink provided in out room are all halal which quite shocked me since this is my first time getting halal accomodation in bangkok. Services was all good and nearby to the mall ngamwongwan and lotus as well. Very big family room

Pros: Service is okay. Daily cleaning service. Room is big. Cons: weak sound proof and limited check in / check out hours and the presence of ants in room/furniture

The room is big and very clean. The staff is also friendly. The room and bathroom are smelling nice. It is surrounded by local seller, marts and malls.

At first, I'm not very certain, but it turns out that it's not so "risky'. The location is just right - it's not that far from the mall if you can find the short cut (12 minutes). I like that there're two large tables, so that I can have one for eating and another one for work. Another good thing is that you can add an extra lock to the door. They also have washing machine on the same floor so that you don't need to bring your clothes outside to wash. Lastly, staff is nice and check-in/out is simple.
