I would say this hotel is not as nice as it appeared on Trip.com, especially when compared to the photos I uploaded in my review. The room was quite dirty, and they didn’t even clean the toilet properly. The mattress was not cleaned either, and there were still hairs and dust beneath the bed. The blanket had many small black spots on it. While the hotel does offer a parking lot, it’s not very spacious. It is conveniently located near a 7-Eleven and the MRT station. Additionally, they provide a reporting-in service for foreign residents. I paid 1300 Baht for two nights, which I feel was not worth it

Very clean room, close to MRT pink line but very far from touristic places Would recommend if you don't need to go into city center much

It was lovely! 7/11 is really close and pink line is just around the corner. But I would advice using bus in the morning and in the evening as you would get to the city faster.

Location was ok, but no kettle in the room, had to walk to ground floor just to get hot water like a budget hotel, but this hotel is NOT marketed as budget hotel. Asked for cash deposit, no credit card accepted. Not business friendly hotel, wont stay again due to usual convenience for business traveller is poor.

Clean and spacious room, nice for a solo traveler.

Overall staffs is nice, only one staff was a bit un courteous. less amentity.

The Queen palace is great place though it’s bit out of town but very peaceful and great rooms and value for money

The rooms and place are nothing special but the staff are very helpful and it was only a place to sleep. The locations great if you’re a fan of the bustle of Kowloon. The staff were super helpful, when trip.com ballsed up our dates and refused a refund; they helped us re negotiate.

You get what you pay for. Average hotel. 500 baht cash deposit before check in.

They are service staff look out of a customer like decide people I and my friends from Myanmar we have when down here the first time. and give Myanmar money deposit in the counter and we check out late they say we deduct your deposit already. And after i hope difficult for them to exchange the money and I talk to them really well if cannot I do bank transfer then so quickly say yes your money cannot. So before say deduct my deposit already? Change your mind like boss? Thank

Polite staff, nice location near 7/11, but taxies take some time to find Nice room for a few days

Basically price point is great. Hotel cleanliness if good and have staff 24/7 to checking and checkout. There are a lot of parking lot but doesnt guarantee that indoor parking is still left. Overall quite good.
