Fantastic service and great place to get away and relax

This is a family trip for two adults and two kids. And we stayed in the hotel for 7 nights, bfast and dinner included. It's apparent in the booking that we will have kids in the stay, and yet either Trip.com/hotel charged us meals for 4 adults for the entire trip. We ended up overpaying A LOT and wasting A LOT of food because the kids couldn't finish the set meal. Yet the hotel refused to adjust / refund. This was a serious mistake made by Trip.com / hotel. The hotel provided shuttle bus to the ski resort. Good that there was early shuttle bus around 815am BUT the return shuttle was way too early (4pm) for any serious skiers. The hotel should offer more options. There was no gym in the hotel and difficult to do some proper full-body exercise. Onsen set up was nice and clean and tidy. The public onsen wasn't used much so it ended up a big private onsen for us. We like the traditional Japanese cusine but very disappointed that the chef provided limited changes on the menu during our 7 nights of stay. We spent roughly same number of nights elsewhere in Niseko and the design of their menu was way better. Staff in general was very helpful and friendly and some of them spoke English and Chinese. The hotel was short of staff IMO. I could see them running around in the hotel. The ski equipment room could be equipped with better facility to dry ski boots and gloves. Shuttle bus was only offered to Niseko but not Kutchan station which was in fact not too far away anyway. The room was clean and well maintained. The location of the hotel was great too. It's 10mins from the Niseko station and 5mins from annupuri ski run.

2nd time staying at this hotel. First was pre-covid. The hotel needs a bit renovated in the rooms (ie. the in room onsen have cracks, bathrooms). Otherwise, the service from staff, dining, and the hotel itself are top notch in the Niseko area.

Very convenient if you are planning to do some skiing in Niseko, great dinner menu and amazing lounge with a fireplace and complementary wine. Breakfast is Japanese style with no alternatives, the staff is nice but calling a taxi is mission impossible and everyone is quite dismissive with the guests, like there is no taxi and that’s not our problem, in a hotel this expensive it should be your problem whether you like it or not.

Staffs were helpful and friendly. Room was clean and big. Perfect for couple.

位置距離安路普利雪場只有5分鐘車程，酒店內部面積不是很大，但是很乾淨。我訂的是有私人溫泉的房間，房間除了燈掣比較多之外，所有設施無可挑剔。職員十分有善，check-in時有普通話職員在場，所以整個check-in過程及設施介紹10分順暢。早餐及晚餐是典型的日本餐，我訂了兩天，所以有兩餐早餐及兩餐晚餐，兩天各餐菜式沒有重複，食物總體份量很夠，一定吃得飽。酒店內有免費酒精飲品提供，晚餐時候也有大量不同款有酒精及soft dribk飲品免費提供.

剛在攜程上預訂成功，酒店就很仔細地發了郵件過來問是否有食物過敏以及到達時間。果然包的車子剛剛到酒店門口，酒店職員就已經來確認訊息了。入住手續全程坐在沙發區由專人辦完，邊吃迎賓小點邊等，體驗感很好。本次定的私湯套房，房間的大小和設施都很豐富，除了私湯還有按摩椅。酒店餐吧的酒水都是免費的，晚上加了懷石料理套餐每一道也都很新鮮很好吃，早餐雖然是固定套餐形式但每天也會更改食材和水果。雖然離雪場中心不是很近，但是酒店有大巴可以接送，酒店內還有超市和自動販售機。綜合來説真的很好很超預期，下次不管是到二世谷滑雪還是安靜地待着都會再來的！！

設施：訂了私湯套房，非常滿意，房間面積大且舒適，加上隨時可以泡湯看雪景，天上人間。 衞生：整個酒店需脱鞋入內，一塵不染。 環境：周邊環境很靜謐，漫天大雪，潺潺流水。酒店內部的細節做得很棒，佈局，傢俱，光線，擺設……每一處都讓人心生喜悦。 服務：非常好的體驗！每個人都温温柔柔，笑意盈盈。特別是“周易”，讓人印象深刻💯給我們介紹了很多當地的典故和食材，酒類的詳情，非常棒👍🏻 二世古，明年見。還會選擇昆布温泉鶴雅！

地點幽靜，硬體、軟體服務令人滿意，一泊二食的懷石料理非常美味，我們全家在那度過非常美好且令人難忘的愉快假期。

定的帶温泉的房型，房間沒得説，具有傳統風格；很乾凈、很大、很智能，露台望出去就是雪景很美；公共浴池在17:30之前基本沒人，洗漱用品一應俱全，可以一邊泡湯一邊欣賞雪景。 工作人員會在大門口等着客人辦理入住，語言交流通暢，有中文服務（要看上班時間，不是隨時都在）。行李會運到房間，check in不用自己去，會引導你至大廳休息片刻，由工作人員辦理。 大廳的酒水飲料都是免費的，烤棉花糖、黃油土豆也是不限量供應的，還會提供一些桌遊以供消遣。旁邊就是moiwa雪場，五分鐘車程，回來以後在房間的按摩椅上按好以後再美美泡湯，十分愜意～ 早晚用餐時間也會提前詢問，每日的餐食都不會重複，有開盲盒的感覺。棕色長本里的飲品都是可以隨意享用的，建議一定要嘗試一下當地的white wine，入口是回甜的，像我這種不常喝酒的也能接受。第二天很幸運被安排到靠窗的位置，能一邊吃飯一邊欣賞雪景👍 總體來説是一個非常好的度假勝地，節奏慢。不差錢的隨便定，或者在淡季時來也是一個不錯的選擇。希望下次春夏天再會～
