One of the best Hotel in Vietnam . Not beacuse of concrete and finishing , because of The Reed people .. Awesome stay . Special thanks to quen for such a fantastic international skills and communication. The breakfast spread was great . We were greeted so well with early checkin around 12 .

10/10 Detailed review from an American. Room: clean, modern, upscale. Western-style furniture. Spacious beds. Nice furniture, free toothbrushes and combs, lovely bathroom facilities. Noise level: PEACEFUL and QUIET! Relaxing, if you want to escape the city noise. It is the countryside after all. You can see water buffalo herds in the fields nearby if you take a walk outside the hotel. I can watch them from my hotel window. Staff and service: AMAZING! So friendly and helpful and honest hardworking staff. Won't cheat or scam. Use google translate if needed. Honestly the staff made our stay so good we extended the stay an extra day. Ask them for local recommendations (they don't get a kickback from any recommendations so its all genuine) Food: RECOMMENDED! Especially for travelers afraid of getting food poisoning or upset stomach from street food. Restaurant quality, home-cooked/cooked-to-order meal. Clean kitchen facility. Good prices, cheap. Made with love, the manager herself cooked a lot of the meals for us and they were delicious (for reference, im vietnamese-american so in my humble opinion, the authenticity is excellent and pleasing to a western palate as well. Personal Recommendation: Want a nice dinner thats still authentic? Order your food and eat outdoors in the cool of the evening, try the barbeque-it-yourself beef and goat. Delicious, hand-marinated quality beef cuts and goat, and they give you a little tabletop BBQ pit for you to bbq your meat just how you like it. Order some side dishes and its a great and fun family meal. If you want to and the staff aren't busy, they can bbq it for you if you want, but I think its fun to do it yourself. The location is out in the countryside but don't be alarmed because the hotel is a short drive from the main city center and tourist spots. The bad: - The beer is warm lol. They should refrigerate it. - Tip: if you ask for ”wine”, note that its vietnamese hard liquor, not the western understanding of wine (grapes). - There's a stupid rooster nearby from one of the local farms and it likes to crow all day. If you stay in the downstairs rooms you might be able to hear it, but if you stay in the upper floors you can't hear it. Would stay again.

Wow! This place is truly amazing. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, each one of them was so friendly and always put a smile on our faces. Rooms are very well kept, comfortable and cosy. The hotel grounds are truly stunning and directly within the nature. The atmosphere was tranquil and peaceful and was a brilliant escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Food was great and fresh too! We’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ninh Binh who may be looking for a relaxing time with the most beautiful views to wake up to.

I was there because my friend recommended it. She said the owner is friendly, and indeed, both the owner and her sister are super friendly. I arrived at the homestay in the afternoon, around 2 pm, and the owner and her sister were kind enough to serve me cold drinks with a cupcake. They also recommended some nice places to cycle and even rented me their bicycles for free. The next day, I wanted to go to Halong Bay but hadn't bought any packages or bus tickets yet. The owner was kind enough to recommend a nice limousine driver to take me to the port. The driver arranged for me a nice 6-hour cruise trip around Halong Bay, and even a trip back to Hanoi on the same day. When I departed in the morning, the owner packed me a package of junk food, a rice, and served me a variety of fruits for breakfast.
The room is clean, the air conditioning is functioning well, and the hot water too. Everything is amazing. I would highly recommend this homestay, and I would love to come back again.

Vietnam is a very beautiful & culturally rich country. We visited Hanoi, Halong Bay, Hoi An, Da Nang & Ninh Binh on 11D/LON trip.
Hospitality, reception & local immersion was outstanding at all places (except Emeralda) - people were welcoming & hotel staff were very courteous.
Emeralda Resort at Ninh Binh was not so pleasant experience barring a few seasoned staff members. F&B Manager at Sen Restauran (morning paid breakfast) declined to entertain vegan food request & puréed fruit for 7 month infant, She said Kitchen's busy, we have large group to cater to. After much explanation she managed to get a fried rice (that's It!l) but for puréed fruit she denied & insisted I pay for it.
Organic Restaurant is good, couple of staff there (mostly women) were courteous. Pool Bar attendant had some issues, not even acknowledging the greetings.
Thanks to Ms Hung (Restaurant Manager), Mr Chung (Reception) & another Restaurant manager at Organic (missed her name) for making our stay bearable & manageable. They have a very wonderful property & spacious rooms, had the service been at par like ot 4 & 5 star resorts; it would be an ideal location for tranquility.
Note: Vegan / Vegetarian food menu is limited & not allowed to buy food from outside.

UUsuario invitadoWe stayed here for one night. We checked in quite late but the owner was still helpful and friendly. The room was small but very clean and perfect for one night. The next day we left our bags until our departure (late in the evening) and when we returned to collect them the owner let us shower and use the facilities even though we had checked out. It is a family run business and we would absolutely return to support this fantastic business. The owner went above and beyond and made our stay in Ninh Binh that much better.

We stayed on the recommendation of a friend. The room was clean and had everything we needed, also seemed quite new. Staff was really friendly and they helped us a lot with bookings and transfers. Only downside is that the location is a bit far from the town/ restaurants, but the restaurant at the retreat was also great and the food was delicious and freshly made. A big plus is the pool with lovely views!

Precio debería haber sido 600000 dongs para 3 pax .

UUsuario invitadoPropiedad nueva con habitaciones limpias y grandes, ubicación perfecta entre Tam Coc y Trang An. Puedes alquilar una bicicleta en el hotel y podrás ir a la ciudad o hacer turismo con bastante facilidad. Tam Coc es muy comercial. Prefiero Trang a orillas del río para un almuerzo tranquilo. El desayuno es casero y muy delicioso, el personal es súper agradable y servicial. Me alojé por 5 noches y cubrí la mayoría de los lugares en Ninh Binh. Esta es una joya escondida a un precio muy razonable. Excelente relación calidad-precio y también una estancia tranquila y relajante.

MMark BrewerHad to spend a bit of time on arrival to find someone to check us in. The room provided was exactly what we asked for and well maintained and clean. Basically a good value for money hotel. There was a good range of eateries available within a couple of blocks and also lots of stalls selling fresh produce and the bonus of a bus station only 5 mins walk that took us back to Hanoi.

Chúng tôi quên đồ tại phòng đc HK kiểm out nhanh và đem trả ngay tại sảnh. Một trải nghiệm tuyệt vời khi ở đây. Cám ơn mọi người rất nhiều.

BBifa31Je n'ai pas résidé à l'hôtel, seulement été en pleine nuit à l'improviste en sortant de la gare pour louer une moto. Pour de supers tarifs (à peine 3-4€ par jour je crois) j'ai eu un super scoot, automatique, assez puissant, et qui m'a bien permis de me balader dans cette région incroyable !
