Hotel is very Near Jinshan Road Metro Station Exit B. Very Good Environment and delicious Breakfast. Also Price is Good. Room is very clean and Good cooperative Staff.

帶小孩第一次住這個8樓酒店套房到晚上12點多。中央空調室外機吵的實在無法入眠，枕頭都像在震動一樣。給前台打電話反映情況，給我換了一個三樓的普通房間，跟小孩一起把東西全部搬到3樓冷的直髮抖，沒想到剛睡下又發現很吵。打開窗簾一看兩個窗户外面全部又是中央空調主機。這何必要換，真的是有毛病的實在讓人難以接受。差評

不錯，客房乾淨，餐飲早餐品種不多，早餐廳煎蛋阿姨態度不友好，盤裡的預先煎的冷蛋非得讓人吃，讓她新煎，一副傲慢不理人，在餐廳服務員人員不友好給人感覺很不舒服，預訂台服務態度很好，但早上七點喊不到服務員

衞生：午間出門，回房間發現房間進過人，感覺打掃了，但又覺得奇怪垃圾桶沒有倒掉，枱麪撿起的臟毛巾被整齊的掛在毛巾架，被子似乎頭尾換了方向，打電話問總枱，回覆我説是以為退房整理乾淨房間。我想借此説一下，如果是退房整理的房間應當是整個房間全部乾淨而不是我回來看到的這樣子，請自查自糾謝謝
服務：總枱工作態度不錯值得贊一下特別是二個男服務經理，優秀的員工在此讚美一下
餐廳：有個瘦瘦的阿姨服務員態度非常蠻橫粗暴用當地話説粗話，枱麪不整理，不補菜，臟亂差一片狼藉；看着這麼臟的餐枱，菜勺子和盤一瞟而過晃來晃去評論就餐客户長短，這麼**估計是店裡的某經理他媽吧不把客人當回事真是大煞胃口玷污了整個酒店服務團隊的形象
意見提的是希望入住顧客能享受的好的服務和環境，希望能管理員引起重視，酒店要發展就要硬件軟件都上軌道才能贏取顧客信任賓至如歸

房間很大，廁所也很大，去看張學友演唱會隨便住住，主打一個便宜。前台怪獸充電還了發現還計費，凌晨站樓下客服電話溝通半天，苦惱

酒店服務周到，熱情，環境不錯，出門遊玩方便，一眼就能看到地鐵，離奧體中心也很近，看個球賽、聽個演唱會還聽方便的，房間乾淨整潔，住着舒服，早餐豐富好吃。

酒店有免費停車場，離地鐵也很近，前台小姐姐小哥哥服務熱情禮貌，早餐豐富，客房敞亮乾淨，床很大很舒服，對出門的人來説，床要睡的舒服。
