El personal muy amable. Yo no hablo el idioma, pero cuentan con personal que habla inglés. Está en una zona céntrica.

Bonito hotel y limpio.

Muy mala estancia. Se muestran en el sitio web de un hotel de 5 estrellas. Pero solo puedo darles 1 estrella.

Lo viejo es oro, he estado viviendo aquí desde hace mucho tiempo, me encantan las camas de este hotel. El único problema que sentí esta vez es que la habitación necesita una renovación: las alfombras se han desgastado. Así que es hora de realizar alguna actualización.

I went for a business trip and the hotel’s position is very convenient for me to get my places. It’s a good option for a business trip.

Hotel was good and not far from the centre to walk to. Front desk was as very helpful with questions.

This is an older 5 star hotel but it is in the best location in Ningbo. Great river views and a short walk to the downtown restaurant and shopping areas.

However, there were a couple of areas where the hotel fell short: Toiletry Oversight: Unfortunately, the housekeeping team overlooked the essential toiletries. I missed having a dental kit, comb, body cream, and shower gel. Even the shampoo was absent from the toiletries collection. Tiny Bottles: In the cabinet, I found only tiny bottles of body wash and shampoo. While they were functional, I expected more comprehensive amenities. Good place to stay can give more bathroom supplies!!! Like shampoo toothbrush and body wash.

The main hotel's advantage is location, rooms are quite old but to spend one-two nights is ok.

This is an interesting place as it’s old, contemporary style of an area past, dim lights everywhere, traditional wooden panels alongside huge heigh ceilings. It brings back a time of glamour, reminded me of the Titanic in its former glory. Yet the rooms are crammed, I hit my foot twice on the floor bed corner. The staff are friendly and helpful, english is spoken at reception. Would i stay here again? Probably not, as the darkness of the room, ( windows do open slightly) felt depressing. However great location, cross the river and you are in the mids of the city. Ernst , New Zealand
