Hotel is erg goed gelegen op het einde van de hippe winkelstraat waar ook ook veel restaurants gelegen zijn, dichtbij Grote Markt, Waal kade, Kronenburger park. Onze kamer was blijkbaar in renovatie want er hing een indringende verfgeur en verf sporen op de badkamer vloer die nog niet verwijderd waren. TV moeten verbinden en opnieuw moeten installeren. Voor sommigen misschien details maar zou in orde moeten zijn.

El hotel se ha renovado recientemente, pero no da una nueva impresión. La bañera del duche se ha cerrado. El segundo día se llenó de la limpieza después de que yo lo pregunté. Un colega afirmó que la misma cuestión en su cuarto de baño. Las ventanas no bloquean la luz del sol. Me despertó mucho antes en un día soleado. Una tiene que mantener las ventanas dobles cerradas para que se aislen bien el ruido del tráfico (mi habitación estaba en el piso 5). Las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado. El desayuno era muy básico.

Hicimos un viaje para asistir a un evento familiar en una zona cercana. El hotel tenia servicio de alquiler de bicicmetas y pudimos asi ir hasta donde era el evento. Al llegar en tren fue facilisimo, esta justo al lado de la parada del tren. Se puede ir andando al centro.

La habitación no era grande, pero todo lo que necesitamos era allí. El estacionamiento no es un problema, ya que el edificio está en un área anic dentro del parque. El servicio era bueno, muy tranquilo. Las vistas son maravillosas del restaurante. Just a short (thankfully downhill) walk from the railway station (extensive rail and bus services give easy access to almost anywhere in the Netherlands) the hotel is an even shorter walk from the north bank of the Nederrijn with its shady walks and numerous restaurants. Very handy as there is no restaurant at any IHG Express. As I arrived mid-morning the room was not ready but the staff (more about them later) were happy to store my case until I returned that afternoon (and again after checkout before leaving on an afternoon train). The room itself was a good size with a large comfortable bed, a functional desk and chair and a comfortable chair. Air conditioning kept the temperature stable and the lighting was good - not the ”fashionable” near darkness of some. Bathroom was good with a spacious shower. Everything was spotlessly clean. Coffee and tea available. Breakfast is the only meal offered and is a fairly basic standard european offering. Meats, eggs and cheeses were adequate, yoghurt good, fresh fruit salad very good indeed. Coffee was machine provided and good with a variety of offerings. No hot options (standard with the Express brand) and I did not try any of the other cold choices. Although fairly centrally located with easy access to shops and all the usual facilities and infrastructure the room was quiet and peaceful. An Albert Heijn mini-supermarket opposite attracted small groups in the evening but was not a bother - indeed very useful for an occasional small purchase. All standard and as expected for the brand so why mark it excellent? I will come back to the staff who were unfailingly excellent - helpful, cheery and friendly (though never less than professional) and recognised me by the end of day 1. A credit to the hotel and its management. This is now my first choice when next in the vicinity

El hotel está Justo en frente de la estación central, solo hay que cruzar la calle. A pesar de la cercanía no se escuchan ruidos de trenes. Está también al lado del centro de la ciudad, restaurantes, tiendas etc. La estación central no sólo es de tren, los buses también salen de ahí con lo cual es perfecto para hacer turismo (zoo, museo al aire libre etc) El personal de recepción muy amable Estuve en una habitación superior y muy bien. Escritorio, cama súper grande y cómoda y un baño con bañera y ducha. El desayuno me gustó mucho por la variedad de dulce y salado. Claramente merece la pena

Hoteles de alto nivel. Las grandes instalaciones de la habitación son nuevas y la residencia es muy cómoda. La recepción es muy buena. Porque no siempre se realizan actividades en el hotel, hay más gente que nadie. No sé por qué la radio de repente es muy alta en la habitación de la mañana de la mayor parte de la noche, y el timón tampoco puede oírla, se ha transmitido tres veces. Los huéspedes de la tienda estacionan gratis.
