The service of this hotel was perfect. Breakfast buffet was very good and there were many things to have. But the location is not good because it is little bit far from the Niigata Station

The view from the room was an obvious highlight. It’s also got great service, and is very clean, as you would expect from any hotel in Japan. It is a little bit of a walk from the city centre, but there’s regular busses between Niigata station and Toki Messe, so it’s still more convenient than you might expect from looking at the map. Definitely worthwhile!

Love this hotel! Their service was amazing. I visited during winter and their centralised heater was too hot. They gave me a fan and portable tower aircon. Very clean! Remember to visit the observatory. Amazing view

Had a great stay at Hotel Nikko Niigata. It is well located for conference but otherwise a little walk away from shops or transport. There is a bus you can catch if you want to. The views are amazing.

Spectacular views particularly from the corner room. Amenities packs were provided for children and onsite overnight parking available. Walking distance from the Bandai Pier markets and there's a cafe/shop upstairs with a convenience store in the same building (only open to 7pm) downstairs.

It's well located next to the conference center. The staff is friendly and efficient. But this hotel lacks some facilities as a five star hotel. They don't even have a bar, but they have a sake lounge with machines that you can taste different sake. The hotel has a very nice observation floor on the top with a cafe & souvenir shop that you can see the whole city of Kobe. It was a good experience in general.

The view from the room is outstanding. The staff and meal is also excellent. Good to stay here.

Exceptional hotel with stunning view

One of the tallest buildings in Niigata, nice open view to the Sea of Japan, but the building is kind of old.

Super clean and friendly stuff. I will be back there to stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! We were satisfied with the room and amenities provided. What we really appreciated was the very kind and thoughtful staff, always serving us with a smile. I enquired about storing my luggage with them for a night after checking out and the staff took note of our request without further explanation. There’s also a sake lounge at the lobby where you can enjoy a variety of sake by purchasing coins from the reception. Highly recommend this hotel!
