Nos quedamos en este hotel y nos gustaba que fuera moderno y las habitaciones estaban espaciosas y limpias con una cocina, pero desgraciadamente no podemos recomendarlo y no quedaríamos allí otra vez porque el llamado “ desayuno” es nada más que una broma, que El hotel está situado en una bolsa de transporte y está colgado en el botón de la puerta de la mañana.

Encontré el hotel de forma aleatoria, y compré un precio de la recepción directa para mi próxima reserva. Los trabajadores han hecho descuentos muy amables pero he hecho una reserva más apropiada en Internet. La planta tiene un ****** de agua silenciosa, pero no se deje muy alto la expectativa de ******. El desayuno puede ser un poco más rico.

En el borde de la antigua ciudad, caminar a la antigua ciudad es muy conveniente, tanto el clásico como la calle comercial principal. El desayuno es muy sencillo, es pan de pastel, bacon, huevos de pastel, jamón de jarabe, yogur, etc. Pero la pierna. Es el tipo de hotel de lujo hace mucho tiempo, ahora no es un aristocrata, y se siente un poco nostalgico. Hay un estacionamiento en la parte delantera del hotel.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente cerca de todo. Comida, restaurante, tiendas, etc. la gente de recepción fue muy agradable y profesional. La habitación era bonita y tenía suficientes artículos para quedarse. el desayuno era generoso con muchos tipos de queso, mermelada, pan, huevos, brotes y muchos más. Recomiendo este hotel para una persona o pareja.

Very nice boutique hotel in the old town of Nicosia, close to Ledra Street and shops, restaurants and bars. Parking at D’Avila Bastion is 1 min walk and the hotel is very easy to get to. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom/shower was spacious and had everything needed. Towels were lovely and fluffy. The room was very nicely decorated and although the lighting was modern and added to the ambiance of the room, it was a bit too dark for us. Coffee machine was also a nice touch. Staff were friendly and welcoming. As this is an old building which has been renovated beautifully, there is no lift. Rooms are on the first floor.

La habitación era muy buena, la habitación era de una habitación única, la habitación era de buena tamaño, limpia y muy agradable, había dobles puertas abiertas a una envoltura alrededor del balcón. En un área residencial, hay una buena cocina 24h abajo unas pocas puertas, pero sin otra cosa no hay otras tiendas o restaurantes cerca: sólo en el fondo se hacía ruido, si la gente hablaba en el pasillo fuera de su habitación puede oírlo dentro de la habitación como si no hubiese un atallón de puertas. Hay una ventana sobre la puerta y si alguien gira la luz en el pasillo, brilla justo en la habitación y no hay mucho que pueda hacer sobre ella.

El hotel está situado en una zona de 3 estrellas.

Espacio privado, elegante, con estilo, habitación limpia y sencilla, lejos de la ruidosa zona turística, especialmente ideal para la tranquilidad. También hay camareros de belleza de temperamento, que son amables y elegantes, ¡aptos para conducir en automóvil!

First impressions of the hotel were great. The Christmas decor made it look fabulous. Staff were very friendly and attentive and couldn’t do enough for us, including entertaining my little boy. We were extremely pleased to be staying there. Unfortunately, our stay was tainted by two late night parties (one was on New Year’s Eve so was expected to be on late but not going past 1am as we were told this wouldn’t be the case). It seemed there wasn’t any consideration for the guests staying in the hotel as loud music was playing until past midnight. It seemed that the family who run the business were treating it as if it was their house and not a hotel with paying guests in it. It was a shame these incidents had to overshadow our otherwise great stay there.

Pros - Location - Spa - Roof top pool - Food Hotel within easy distance to harbour, bars,shops, and local transport. Rooms spacious and very clean. Cons - busy road opposite two petrol stations and traffic heavy all day. Staff on reception not helpful or accommodating. There is no air conditioning and our room on arrival at midnight was 26.5°. We couldn't believe it and had to insist on two fans that we left on permanently all night and the day when we were in the room. Some of the electric sockets and plugs had loose wiring so we had to keep reporting faults. Our main complaint was the heavy smell of petrol that we assumed came from the petrol station. When we phoned reception to request a move to another room we were told there were no more twin bedded rooms available but for what is classified as a five star hotel, I'm sure they could have accommodated us. The stench was overwhelming. Finally after calling in one of the cleaners she indicated it wasn't the petrol stations but the drain in the shower that she would clean out. That evening on returning to the room, the smell had gone. However next morning it started to seep in again. We called in another cleaner and pointed out the stench and showed her the sockets that didn't work. She said leave it to me and that night everything was fixed but we only had two nights left of our holiday. The cleaner's name was Hava and I would like to commend her to the hotel management. Our conversation was done though my translation app and sign language. In spite of everything we enjoyed our stay as the pros outweighed the cons. Would not stay at this hotel again until it is modernised. The summer months must be unbearable.
