Wir haben die höchste Zimmer Kategorie gebucht. Es war das Zimmer auf der vorletzten Etage und das am höchsten gelegene mit Terrasse. Neunzehn Euro die Nacht ohne Frühstück in 2. Reihe hinter dem Strand mit Meerblick und guter Lage - so die Bilder und die Informationen. Schon die Gasse zum Eingang macht nicht wirklich einen guten. Man muss am Eingang einer Küche vorbei aus der es eher nicht so gut riecht immer mal Müll rausgeflogen kommt. Gut, da kann das Hotel nichts dafür. Ein sehr netter Pförtner hilft einem -ob wann will oder nicht- mit dem Gepäck. Er wird einen auch aufs Zimmer bringen. Der Check In ging schnell und der Reisepass muss an der Rezeption bis zum CheckOut hinterlegt werden. Den bekommt man nicht zurück. Zum Glück waren wir zu zweit so dass wir noch einen Pass hatten um einen Scooter zu leihen. Wir kamen auf der Etage an direkt an der Zimmertür ein riesiger Aschenbecher (als Nichtraucher eklig) Rauchen im Zimmer verboten aber auf dem 2qm Flur und 1 cm vor dem Zimmer erlaubt? Es befinden sich jeweils 2 Zimmer auf den Etagen. Unsere Tür ging nicht ohne Gewalt zu. Absolut verzogen. Im Zimmer dann die große Enttäuschung. Das Zimmer ist in einem Flair gestaltet, der etwas zu altbacken anmutet (das wussten wir aber schon von den Bildern), dass es jedoch schon so herunter gewohnt war.. damit haben wir nicht gerechnet. Die Podeste, der gesamte Boden.. alles schwer beschädigt und das nicht zuletzt weil es auch gar nicht richtig gebaut wurde. Das klingt vll witzig aber: als hätte ein Bäcker das alles gebaut. Barfuß laufen (was ja Standard in Innenräumen in Asien ist) unmöglich wegen Verletzungsgefahr. Ich bin in den ersten Minuten mit den Füßen öfter an herausstehenden Nasen hängengeblieben und hat mir 2 mal die Fußsohle eingeklemmt zwischen den Brettern im Boden welche nachgegeben haben. Wir schlafen immer gern auf sehr festen Matratzen aber das runde Bett war keine Matratze, es war so hart dass es eher ein Brett war. Es war auch keine Matratze erkennbar. Hat keinen Zentimeter nachgegeben. Das Bettzeug wirkte auch verlebt und die Gardine an der Terassentür (welche überhaupt nicht dicht war) hatte viele Löcher. Die Glasscheiben an der Fensterfront waren leider keine Fenster sondern mit Silikon zusammen geklebte große Scheiben. Man hört von draußen alles und das der Boden auch so aufgegangen ist wundert mich nicht, da Wasser und Feuchte hier leichten Zugang haben. Es war nicht sauber.. der Computer (Tower, Tastatur..) war sehr schmutzig.. auch der Stuhl. Die Terasse war so nackig und die Möbel aufgerissen (Rattan).. wir haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt uns wussten, dass wir hier keine 7 Nächte verbringen werden. Wir haben die Zustände an Agoda übermittelt und auch der Rezeption bescheid gegeben, dass wir dies getan haben. Wir haben nicht gepoltert.. einfach nur mittgeteilt, dass wir uns nicht wohl fühlen und alles in einem wirklich sehr schlechten Zustand ist, wir uns aber nicht streiten wollen sondern einfach gehen möchten. Don't go here! We arrived in Nha Trang at 10:00 pm for a 2-night stay. The hotel was poorly lit and the only business on a dank street. Our airport transfer driver wryly commented that the hotel had recently reopened after two years. The only worker, a man in the lobby, was fast asleep on the couch when we arrived and I had to wake him up by tapping on the wall. He blearily handed us our key. Forgivable, but he did not speak English. Upstairs in our room, things were worse. The room was clearly neglected since COVID 19 measures were in place. First, lack of cleanliness - there was a foul smell near the bathroom, the scent of cigarette smoke emitting from one of the air ducts, and there was a suspiciously poop-like substance on the bathroom wall. We also found a long hair under the first layer of sheets on the bed. Second, security concerns- the balcony door did not lock, and we could somehow hear drunk people yelling in the deserted street. The last straw was a chemical stench that emitted from the shower when we turned it on. We ended up leaving this hotel after two hours and immediately booking another due to the above concerns.

Estamos alojando en este hotel,reservado ayer después de haber escapado del otro mal hotel donde estaba(y estaba en 5 estrellas) Debo decir honestamente uno de los mejores hoteles en los que he estado en mi viaje a Vietnam. El hotel debe ser nuevo,camera moderna,limpa,espacial y con un bello balcón que aparece en la ciudad(También hay habitaciones vista al mar). piscina al 21o piso,dos ascensores y no es de subestimación cuando un hotel está lleno. Personal muy amable, siempre sonriente y joven como en todo Vietnam. Servicio de cambio de euros y dólares en dólares vietnamitas (el mejor tipo encontrado en 15 días) He equivocado y hecho dos reservas y ellos se preocuparon por arreglar las cosas con aguda y Booking sin el menor problema. La ciudad es muy bonita y gracias a ellos nuestra estancia no se ha destruido, de hecho,como sería que estuviéramos en el otro hotel. Situación maravillosa,en pleno centro pero silencioso incluso con ventana abierta,servicio de alquiler de motores justo delante. Sólo nota negativa La desayuno no exactamente en los estándares europeos(mantienen dulces). Como siempre el personal sabe hacer la diferencia, estos chicos nos han hecho sentir bien aconsejando y reservando para nosotros lo que pedimos. Hoteles muy por encima de los estándares vistos sin contar L excelente precio. Gracias de corazón a todo el personal, usted ha confirmado la magnífica hospitalidad vietnamita. Una mención especial a la recepcionista joven pero preparado y con un excelente nivel de inglés

We spend 4 days in Nha Trang photo-shooting our wedding album. The hotel greet us with a warm welcome. We had a wonderful time in here: the space and view are nice, the food taste great. I love the sky lounge for its view (there is a swimming pool here as well) I heard from the staff that this hotel is still in soft-opening period. I look forward to revisit it once it officially opened

Me gusta este hotel. En realidad tiene 5 estrellas. Sin embargo, hay que abordar algunas cosas. Primero puedo decir que encontré el personal como amable y útil. La habitación es agradable por el precio. Sin embargo, 2 cosas como me molesta. La primera cosa es cuando algo se rompe se le dice que se fijará, pero días después no será. Incluso después de preguntar 3 veces diferentes. La primera de las primeras se abrió y la segunda se abrió. Empezó a decir cosas en vietnamita a su colaborador y sin saber el idioma que sabía que me degradaba. No sé por qué, pero fue muy obvio. Sólo empezó a tomar el agua de ella y decirle que no limpia. Ella iba a pasar por mi basura delante de mí y comenzaba a mostrar cosas a la otra chica y sólo comenzaba a reír. Yo viajé mucho y esto fue el primero para mí. Finalmente, estuve allí por 4 semanas. Dejó café 3 veces. Shampoo y gel de baño 3 veces. Todas las 4 semanas. No sé si la lleva a casa o si el hotel le da un bono para no dejarlo, pero eso fue su manera de hacer las cosas. The WORST resort ever.....!!! TOTALLY a SCAM !!! PLEASE READ before booking! FIRSTLY, we paid for 3 nights in a bungalow with a sea view, what we actually got was an appartment with a sea view. The resort does not have the typical bungalows you would expect to find in a tropical resort. SECONDLY, during our stay they were constructing a new area on the sea front near the pool and our appartment. We raised this with the resort as the noise was annoying when we booked a resort to rest and relax. One of the Managers discussed this with the owner and informed us that the work would stop for the remaining duration of our stay (2 days). Later that day in the afternoon they started to work again which we found strange. Later that evening on returning from the city we found a letter from the hotel in our room informing us that the work will continue for the coming days. We discussed with the Manager again (apparently only responsibile for the restaurant) and he was as supprised as us. We left it with him to discuss again with the owner. After being informed by the hotel that the work would stop for the coming two days to help us enjoy our stay at the resort, we thought amazing a hotel that really focuses on its guests experience....! We are really disappointed and feel that a hotel with such high ambitions should be more focused on its guests and when you say something will happen make sure it does....a promise is a promise. THIRDLY there is no PRIVATE beach, only a slab on concrete by the sea. On booking said the resort has a private beach, this is not true and maybe what they are trying to build..... We picked this resort because reviews seemed very positive, photos looked amazing and location was ideal for our need to take 3 days rest and relaxation. What we got was 3 days of banging, crashing, dust and diesel fumes whilst the construction continued.....Thanks for ruining our time in Nha Trang....! TOTALLY a SCAM !!!

I spent three days with my family in the Alma Resort, our room type is the oceanfront villa has 3 bedrooms with a private pool, this was a wonderful villa. I can say this is the most beautiful resort recently and can say it was 5 star + and we absolutely loved it. Especially, there were 12 pools, a beautiful beach which was clean and plenty of sunbeds to relax on at the pools and beach. A multitude of things to do, yoga in the morning, a water park, mini golf, a tennis course, and even a cinema. The Service Center and Receptionist were friendly, they answered all our questions and also made sure we had everything we needed. We can't thank you enough for all of the staff. We were a bit sad we couldn't spend more time at this resort and we will come back here for the next holiday. Thanks a lot!
