Отдыхала в отеле 10 дней. Отель конечно не новый, но очень даже приличный.. Номер не прокуренный, уборка каждый день и до моря пройти 5 минут) Персонал очень вежливый!! Особенно спасибо девочкам на ресепшене ну ооочень внимательные, старались помочь во всём 👍 🤗

Все было прекрасно кроме одного, при выселении оказалось что вода в холодильнике платная, об этом нигде не написано и не сказано было, мелочь, но неприятно

2度目のニャチャンだから、大体の街中の様子や観光地は、訪問済みだった。街中でビーチに近く、朝食付のホテルを選んだが、部屋は、それなりに経年劣化していたが、毎日の清掃が入り、対応が良かった。帰りのカムラン空港への乗り物を相談したら、grab料金よりも安く専属の車を手配してもらえた。朝早くの７時にホテルをでたが、35分ほどで空港に到着して余裕ある飛行機搭乗ができた。屋上には、プールが併設していたが、気温がやや低く西洋系の外人達が入っていたが、水がかなり冷たく、残念ながら、プール使用は、控えた。相互的には、満足した宿泊だった。

在市中心，是個有年頭的酒店，沒有熱水洗澡，温的，前台一直強調是因為人多，希望是吧，反正放水20分鐘感覺完全沒有變化

Отель нормальный. Удобное местоположение. Номера уже немного уставшие. Завтраки однообразные, но вполне можно наесться.

Room was spacious, clean with a nice balcony ,we had a high top room was very noisy all night long ,breakfast was plentiful, added bonus was the roof top pool which was very quiet ,had sun loungers and tables with chairs and shade as it was very hot .

Fantastic location and helpful staff. The rooftop pool is a lovely spot to relax and cool down. Some of the rooms are more updated than others but we were easily able to swap to better rooms. There is also no free breakfast as stated on TripAdvisor but when we questioned this (after being told we would have to pay) it was offered to us.

Be aware and do not stay at this hotel. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and rule receptionist (night staff). I’m super disappointed and will never ever come back or recommend this hotel to anyone.
