Everything was great! The room was spacious and clean. Just like hotels, these apartments are being cleaned every day. The only thing is that we had to pay a parking fee of 20,000 VND for our motorbike every night, even when staying at Panorama. Anyway, this is just a minor issue. Overall, we had a beautiful time staying at this place. Thank you so much to the staff that allowed us to check in early and gave us a sea-view room. We will definitely recommend this place and will definitely be back.

A decently priced hotel minutes walk to the beach, but be warned there is a fair bit of misadvertising here. What I liked about it was size of the room, the balcony, and the fact that they had a decent gym. Online they advertise a 24 hour gym but it is restricted to 9am-6pm. They also advertise a roof-top pool but this is actually a different hotel (the Empyrean), while they do have an outdoor pool it was unfortunately dirty and not sun-lit. What I disliked, other than the false advertising, was that the room smelt dirty and that check out was 11am instead of 12am, and also the lifts to get up and down are chaotic (access to stairs would be better). But what bothered me the most was that the 2000.000 dong deposit was not returned 'due to dirty bedsheets'. I was overly conscious to not get anything dirty in the room, yet the reception and house keeping will go out of their way to find an excuse to keep your deposit (be aware before booking). A shame really because other than that it was a good stay :)

We had a great experience with this hotel, despite it being quite busy which just goes to show how popular this hotel is! We loved that the room came with 4 pillows, however no bathrobes as advertised and also no coffee cups. The on-site gym overlooking the beach is a real bonus, and while there is a swimming pool unfortunately it is not the swimming pool advertised in the photos! The panoramic swimming pool is actually for The Empyrean Hotel, which is not the same as the apartment we booked. Regardless, a great night sleep which is the priority, as well as a balcony overlooking Nha Trang city and a partial sea view. We enjoyed the room so much that we ended up booking 3 more nights, easy check in process. Thank you Panorama!

We had the city view room, it was a lovely modern room with an amazing shower and the bed was very comfortable, however there was a hole in the floor and the fridge didn’t seem to work. Apparently we had a free pool to access on the 6th floor however we didn’t check it out, I feel that was a nice addition. The location was very close to the beach and central to the strip of restaurants and shops. The service however wasn’t the best, we were not given our breakfast vouchers and so we had to wait about 20 mins for breakfast access in the morning only to be told we cannot have any and the housekeeping lady was rude when we told her we paid for late checkout.

Nha Trang hotel near the sea. The hotel has attentive and enthusiastic staff, professional staff, close to the beach so it is very convenient for traveling and shopping. The seafood here is very cheap and extremely delicious. If you do not know anything, you can ask the receptionist.

a good choice when experiencing here. The room is very clean, cool wind, soft bed, good sleep, full breakfast buffet with delicious food. The hotel is near the beach, the city center is very bustling.

The hotel was good but on the lower floors there were some insects in the room. But they gave us a different room, which had no problem!

Our room was very nice and extremely luxurious and elegant. I really enjoyed staying here. The breakfast buffet was also very delicious. The swimming pool was very clean.

Everything was perfect besides the reception staff being rude twice by laughing and giggling at me for unknown reasons which I found very offensive and rude reported it to manager and manager said he/she will chat with staff but 2 days later upon checkout the reception staff did it again which ruined my mood and experience there. Will not recommend to anyone this hotel nor will I stay there again.

The room is spacious, beautiful and very tidy, everything is perfect, the hotel is located right on the beach, very chill and comfortable
