La ubicación es conveniente, no está lejos del centro de la ciudad. El hotel está un poco anticuado. Hemos tenido problemas con el aire acondicionado, no enfriaba lo suficiente. Pero por el precio y con desayuno gratuito, no es una mala opción para viajeros con poco presupuesto.

Good hotel. Continue 3 times this room coz best choose with 2 bedroom. And funny personal.Clean rooms every day. Add new bottle with waters and coffe too.

My family and I were highly disappointed with our stay at Rigel Hotel. The photos they are using on trip.com are obviously false and do not replicate what you actually receive for your money. 1. The pool photo on trip shows ample sunbeds with mattresses and umbrellas for shade but on arrival we were met with a few hard chairs to sit on. 2. We went to the games room straight after check in to find it was unkempt with cigarettes on the floor, broken furniture, all pool cues with no usable top on them and a soccer game with at least 4 plastic players broken, not including the goalie for one side. One of the airconditioners was broken. When my son went there to play pool, he was told not to put the other one on so he came back to the room a sweaty mess. The worker turned the only working one off. 3. The staff there didn't understand English and we found it really difficult to communicate with them. The example when we checked out was, I gave them my card and told them the room number for check out. We waited to be called to be told that the room was checked but no one came so when I went back to the counter to ask, staff told me that check in was at 2pm 😮💨 The service was incompetent. 4. Our fridge was broken in our room and we had to have it replaced. 5. The poolside was super slippery, see photos attached. We saw many a guest slip and comment on how dangerous it was especially since it was the side closest to the pool. 6. The food was mostly local, if you want any western food, I definitely don't recommend this place. Eggs, bread and a bit of fruit is all you are going to get. The juices are all watered down and I got food poisoning on my 4th day there. 7. We were on the second floor right outside the Rigel Hotel sign, the view stated 'mountain view on our booking but what we saw was a bus yard and wasteland with mountains in the distance. 8. The noise at this hotel is horrendous. Buses beeping at the bus yard, dogs barking in the middle of the night and staff talking loudly down the corridors early in the morning.

We lived in the hotel for 11 days. I've never changed my bedding in that time. They asked that at least the floors should be shrubbed.Ihnically, when they entered the room, the floor should be covered in sand. Dust is not wiped. Of the pluses, good, hearty breakfasts.air conditioner can't cope with cooling the room. The balcony should not be juiced, fits 1 personInstead of leg towels after a shower, a ladle cloth was laid.

The room is very large, and the basic facilities are good. There are swimming pools and gyms, and there are many kinds of breakfast. I'm very happy to book a good room at this price. But it may be a wasteland nearby, and there are many insects and sometimes enter the room. Those who mind may have to think about it carefully.

Rigel is probably one of the best hotel in my entire life! Firstly, they provide very delicious meal in the buffet. Secondly, even though our room was extremely cheap it was very spacious and I haven’t seen so big bed! Plus we could visit the gym and play billiards for free. May be one disadvantage is the view - the empty space looks like abandoned airport (but with gorgeous mountains).

Nice option to consider as convenient location. Good support from the team. I am a vegan and they supported to prepare special meal for breakfast.

Lovely 4 star hotel very close to the beach, about 7-8 minutes slow walk. The hotel provided beach towels free of charge. There is a small swimming pool. The room was clean and tidy. They stored our luggage after check out time. Breakfast offers many options. They organised a tour for us. The staff speaks some English. We recommend it.

An excellent hotel with good breakfast variety and large enough swimming pool. İt is much better than it looks from outside! The rooms are big enough with small balcony , the only thing missing was more TV stations to cater for, sports lovers, etc. 9 out of 10

The room is reasonable for living, but there's nothing around this hotel, just some empty fields and grounds for construction.

Service is good, breakfast has many options to choose. Good location, 5min away from beach
