El otro fue regular. De todos modos, reservé los dos pedidos por separado. No sé si el orden de mis reseñas es correcto. De todos modos, cuando Ctrip me dio un reembolso y una compensación, fue después de negociar con el hotel. Tampoco sé cuál es la base. Esta experiencia realmente no es tan buena. Depende de las preferencias personales, pero el diseño es realmente malo.

This was the worst hotel I ever stayed in! The hotel receptionists were liar and arrogant especially the manager! They didn’t know how to serve the guests properly apart of threatening them only because they knew the guests had already paid in advance! Can you imagine that the washbasin in a Usd2000 room was cracked? I was so sad I could not get any help from XieCheng Ctrip abroad even though they agreed I lost Usd1800 because of their fault!

Standard service that you would expect from most hotels in America. The air conditioning does not work well in the rooms, it was hot and stuffy. The hotel does provide a fan (upon request) but it did not help much. Rooms look quite tired. Nobody picks up the phone at the front desk. Location was good.

My partner and I stayed in the bunk room for a night and it was great! The bed was so comfortable and the blankets were clean and soft. Our room stayed at the perfect temp even though it was 10° outside!

The service and staff were great as well as the location, however, the rooms are very worn out. The dark carpet is unnerving to walk on barefoot and the bathrooms are laid out such that you're basically falling into the toilet from the shower and there is no way for the dirty shower curtain to not touch your body while you are showering. No counter space at the sink - just generally difficult to be in the bathroom without feeling gross. I get that it's NYC and space is limited but there are better ways to maximize space. Not enough lighting anywhere either and the thermostat was hard to control.

Excellent service. As we checked in we informed them it was our anniversary and they gave us free drink vouchers! Love all the nice smelling toiletries in the bathroom too.

立地もよくてホテルスタッフの対応もよかったです！ ツインルームは広くてスーツケースを広げたり自由に過ごせて快適です！ フォトスポットも多いし1階でプリクラも撮れるので思い出になりました！

洗面台にあるコンセント差し込み口やロビーにあるテーブルに備付きのコンセント差し込み口は使えなかった…😔

部屋が古めでお湯が出るまで30分ほど時間がかかるのが難点。立地はとても良い。

雙床房間，還行。紐約的房間也夠簡約，用電腦，椅子都沒有。席地而坐。清潔都是華人，態度好，工作認真。周邊配套一流：銀行，美食，Mart，手機卡。步行解決。周邊全是各種風格美食。
