Unfortunately, the receptionist didn't care about the room type and configuration that was reserved - and it was a kind of miserable experience. The location is great, the cleanliness is good but the stains on the pillows weren't great. I think that the most disappointing was to give me a room that wasn't in line for what I was paying and treating customers as be happy you have a room. No, if you're paying more money to get a better room, it's a shame you're taking money for it and assigning cheaper...

The location is amazing. Staffs are friendly. There is a ice room which is super useful for travelers in Summer. It is complementary!
