I don't often write reviews; but this time, I feel I have to share my very positive experience at the Soho Grand Hotel. It has all the amenities of a top international brand (including a really excellent Diner open 24/7), while keeping the human dimension of a boutique hotel. Although the new year period is as busy as it gets in NYC (and the hotel was pretty full), staff was always friendly and efficient. The room was spacious, impeccably clean and very well maintained. Overall, my partner and I felt truly appreciated as guests and I will definitely go back to that property if I happen to visit NYC again.

In general, the staff is polite. However, the service is very bad. I ordered a simple tea at around 9:40 in the morning. I waited patiently for an hour and it did not arrive. I called the reception twice because I could not reach the room service at all. My final tea was arrived at 11:30. All I wanted was a cup of tea. Also, there were no slippers in the room.. There was only one bath towel..

Very small room and the conditioner was empty and no bottles of water in the room. A 4 star hotel should have that in the room. For the rest ok

Brought my daughter along on a business trip and had the best time at the Soho Grand. The staff and service was top notch and corner king room was spacious. While the club is very loud on a weekend night (put on white noise if you want to sleep!), it's a hip spot in the best neighborhood for walking and shopping and ducking into a corner cafe, or grabbing an early or late bite downstairs at the Soho Diner. Loved our time at the Soho Grand!

Room 711 was extremely noisy, making sleep impossible. You can hear street noise (sirens blaring, cars and cruise ships blaring their horns etc). It was a very disappointing experience. I doubt I shall return to the Soho Grand a second time.

Great stay! The beds are comfy and the staff is wonderful. The location is perfect with amazing shops and dining options.

This is an excellent property in soho. Very easy to get to the village, mid town etc. Weekend brunch at the hotel was great. The Grand bar is hopping on the weekends and at nights. Great staff. We will be back.
