Valoraciones de Hilton Garden Inn New York/Tribeca

La ubicación está un poco al sur, pero la estación de metro está justo al lado, por lo que es fácil moverse. Las instalaciones son un poco antiguas, pero limpias y el personal es amable. Lo usaré nuevamente la próxima vez.

Cerca de Chinatown, comer y transportarse es muy conveniente.

Es cierto que está cerca del Soho. Pero no hay zapatillas, ni pasta de dientes, ni agua mineral. La habitación era pequeña, oscura y en mal estado, y la insonorización no era muy buena. Elige con cuidado, hay más y mejores opciones.

One of the elevators wasn’t working and the other was moving incredibly slow. The room was small but comfortable and clean. The staff was kind and helpful. There was no complementary breakfast

Staff was friendly, check in and out was easy. Hotel was clean and easy to find. Walked over to bars in SoHo and saw some live music in the village.

The location is great for the subway and exploring the west side. Clean and quiet rooms. Had a great stay.

At check in, the front desk person did not honor our reservation and did not say anything about the different room. Wyen wwe entered, we had to go downstairs and plead for our correct room. Also, my husband is handicapped and cannot walk distances. The website mentioned parking valet available put it was non-existent. The room we eventually got was exactly as ordered. This kind of behavior made us feel unwelcome and taken advantage of.

Very nice staff. Clean, great location. Easy to walk to tons of great restaurants and shopping. Safe. Parking isn't great, but not the worst. Some metered parking in the area. Free street parking on weekends nearby.

This hotel was in the perfect location if you wanted to be away from the busyness of upper Manhattan. The subway was right in front to get you anywhere. The restaurant attached is excellent but a bit pricy and the staff here were very accommodating. Definitely would atay here again of we went back.

Upon arrival had to be at the front desk for 15 min trying to check in. Besides that, the room was great

I had a very good stay. It is basic, but clean and everyone was helpful and welcoming.

Fantastic location. Staff were very helpful and the rooms were a good size and clean. Noise levels were great and there was lots of storage in the room.
