Fitzpatrick Hotels are always very welcoming and not ce to stay in. This location was quite noisy however and in a very busy area.

A nice hotel very near to Grand Central Station, It's been refurbished but the room could use a bit more furniture such as a small couch or extra sitting chair, Bathroom is large and clean but odd placement of shelf space for soap etc...

Comfortable, well maintained and in an excellent location.
The biggest bonus is the staff who were professional, friendly and attentive.
As regular visitors to New York, we found the level of service superior to anywhere we have stayed in the past.
We will definitely be back!

Very comfortable hotel and convenient.
Only complaint is we did not have enough cups or drinking glasses. We need some for drinking water and some for making coffee.

Terrific. Just one problem, which I managed to solve: I have three electronics, all of which need to be charged overnight. Both in the room and the bathroom presented one difficulty: thr plugs kept falling out of the sockets.
I finally used just one for the night and the other in the morning. Could have been worse. Thank you
