Poor Rooms, Poor Service, Poor Experience To begin, we made reservations over 6 months in advance for our daughter's wedding in New Orleans. We contacted the hotel 2 weeks before our arrival date to request an early check in due to coming from out of town and needing to freshen up for the wedding rehearsal. We were told that it was unlikely we could get into our room before 4 pm due to the hotel being completely booked the night before and needing to get the rooms cleaned. I say this to note that when we checked into our room after 5 pm on the arrival date, the air conditioner in our suite did not work. One would think that if the suite were booked the night before, the facility would know the air conditioner was broken and would have arranged to have it fixed or move us to another suite. Alas, no, we were told there was no one to call to fix the AC and the suggestion was that we leave the balcony door open overnight (in warm, humid New Orleans?!). We asked to be moved. We were moved to a room from the suite. In the room, the television did not work. We were told that ”people don't come there to watch television”. We had a little time to kill between events and would have liked to watch tv. They said they did not have cable and usually have Roku devices hooked up to the tv, but that someone must have ”taken” the remote control and they did not have extras. We asked for our bill (we paid for the suite 6 months in advance) to be adjusted and that we be refunded the difference in price from the suite to the room. We are still waiting for the refund over 2 weeks later. What should have been a fun and relaxing time, was met with frustration and discomfort at every turn. Another member of our wedding party had rented an apartment unit and also did not have air conditioning. One would think that they would have checked the basics before we checked in. We definitely do not recommend this hotel!

Ella pasó 30 minutos tratando de llegar a la habitación....tuvo que contactar con el en llamada Mantenimiento y Chris se abrió la puerta y cambió la batería!! Bianca fue arriba y más allá lo hizo genial. Bianca te rocas!!!! ❤️

La ubicación es ideal para los viajeros, y es ideal para los viajeros. No hay piscina, pero no nademos mucho, por lo que no es un problema. El personal es muy desagradable y poco atento; sienten disgusto al trabajar. Pedimos paquetes de una página al hotely llegaron días antes de nuestra llegada (2 cajas de sneakers y una bolsa de mujer). Al llegar, aunque estaban firmados los paquetes por el personal del hotel a su nombre, ellos dijeron no haber recibido el paquete de la bolsa cuando claramente lo recibieron. Los paquetes de los sneakers nos los entregaron pero con las cajas vacías, sin los tenis! Una locura; si van a hosped**** aquí no hagan ningún pedido previo, el personal no es para nada confiable. Sigo sin poder resolver el tema con la paquetería y la página. Mucho menos nos han apoyado resarciendonos el daño y su disposición era patética.
