I visit India once a year for both business and leisure, and I usually stay at various super luxury hotels. However, this time, my usual hotel was fully booked, so I ended up at The Imperial. It was the best decision ever! I will never return to my previous hotels. The service, rooms, food, and internet here are all exceptional. The staff is remarkably efficient. I highly recommend this place! P.S. The hotel lounge serves better French onion soup than you can find in France!😆

Excellent Hotel. A must in Delhi

Second time staying in this hotel. Service is as good as you can get anywhere, top notch. Facilities are great, with gym and spa. Staff are well trained, polite and often remember my name, make a huge difference. Did a spa this time which is slightly pricy but experience is decent.

The Imperial Hotel is a delightful blend of elegance and warmth. The staff’s exceptional service made us feel right at home. The restaurant offers authentic Indian cuisine, and the hotel’s interior exudes an unmistakable authenticity. Highly recommended!!

酒店的位置非常方便，走路到捷運站口只要5分鐘內，距離機場離峰期不到一小時。酒店內的氛圍非常棒，服務也很專業。

Лучший отель в которым мне довелось побывать. От встречи в аэропорту до отъезда - все было идеально. Редко когда остается такое впечатление. Расположенный в здании в колониальном стиле, длинные коридоры и с картинными галереями. По фото были опасения, что номера более «уставшие» чем они есть, но все было отлично. Отличный большой бассейн и джакузи и потрясающий спа Встречали нас в 4 утра, быстро расселили, подарили цветы и торт в честь нашей годовщины. Персонал на ресепшене всегда старался сделать пребывание максимально комфортным, объяснял все нюансы, отвечал абсолютно на все вопросы. Брали поездку в Агру от отеля и тоже остались в восторге от водителя и гида и организации всей нашей дороги. Надеюсь еще когда-нибудь побывать в этом отеле
